a really pleasant experience...
Pros:

I enjoyed five nights with excellent service, delicious breakfasts and dinners (=Zambezi bream and Zambezi Lager) for a work trip to Vic Falls. The low-key layout of the property with rooms in beatifully landscaped gardens with trees was very peaceful and relaxing. The engagement of all the staff was refreshing and animating... Much appreciated.

Amazing staff
Pros:

The staff were all amazing, polite and always in a cheerful mood. Special mention to Butho the Bar tender who made us amazing drinks at Cresta Vic falls.

Pros:

Lovely rooms, well positioned & good value for money. Gave a late checkout to accommodate white water rafting without charging.

Cons:

Pool was being renovated and I was not made aware of this beforehand even though I corresponded frequently with the hotel.

White Water Rafting Expreience @ Vic Falls
Pros:

Stayed the night @Cresta Sprayview. The staff were so helpful & accommodating. Allowed a “very “ later checkout after Whitewater Rafting. Rooms were beautiful Thanks so much guys.

Lovely experience
Pros:

Had a really lovely experience at Cresta Sprayview. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are top notch. The chef definitely knows his business, the food was really good. The entertainment during dinner was unexpected and my kids definitely enjoyed the traditional dancing.
