Nulla, Struttura non all'altezza di un 5 stelle

Cons:

Colazione senza bacon di maiale per le uova. In un HOTEL 5 STELLE tutti i clienti devono essere soddisfatti e non discriminati in base alla religione.
Avevo scritto messaggio in camera e parlato con la reception perchè il lavandino del bagno era intasato e la cassaforte non funzionava, non hanno fatto nulla per una settimana.

Horrible pillows received
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

We were excited on choosing our preferred pillows. We chose one Lavender and one buckwheat. We are very disappointed to receive 2 heavily stained overused flat pillow, of which the lavender smelled like heavily washed with washing powder and the buckwheat is just a yellow, stained, overused, horrible, flat normal pillow. Definitely not a buckwheat pillow at all.

Breakfast and staff were all great.
