Me hicieron el cargo completo por la estancia dos semanas antes de llegar, aun cuando al reservar decia que se pagaba en el alojamiento. Escribi varias veces preguntando por el cargo y tardaron en responder. Debi bloquear mi TC. Al llegar pague la totalidad y en teoria reversaron el cobro a la TC. Espero que asi sea. Mal hecho del hotel

muy bueno el desayuno, la ubicación del edificio excelente. la atención del personal muy cordial. todo el lugar muy elegante y bien habilitado.

Cons:

la puerta del baño de la habitación no cerraba bien. nada mas que no haya gustado.

Nos decepcionó

Siempre venimos, lo elegíamos por la ubicación y las instalaciones, que si bien no son modernas cumplen en estándar precio/calidad.

Cons:

Ufff muchas cosas, a diferencia de las veces pasada, tuvimos muy mala experiencia con la piscina, con el aseo general de la pieza, no había TV, etc… y si bien escalamos esto a la gerenta de experiencia al cliente, la respuesta no satisfacía nuestras expectativas ya que junto con mi señora fuimos para descansar (ella estaba embarazada de 34 semanas de embarazo) y eso no se cumplió debido a que el personal (no todos) fue poco amable y no dieron soluciones ,
Cobraron el total de la cuenta y sólo nos dieron una rebaja en una próxima estadía, que dudamos si volveremos.

Lo mejor de todo fue el desayuno

Cons:

No habian utensilios para lavar lo que se ocupó en la kitchenette. El espacio era muy pequeño, creo que estaá pensado para alguien que quiera pedir comida y no cocinar.

Ótima localização em bairro bonito
Pros:

Bem localizado em bairro residencial. Nos sentimos em casa. Quarto confortável, com cozinha compacta e banheiro amplo. O café da manhã é farto e fornecido por outro hotel a poucos metros de onde ficamos.
