Pros:

La ubicación excelente y el tamaño del departamento muy amplio y cómodo. Bonita piscina. Tranquilo. Buen desayuno en la misma calle del apartamento, en el Hotel Rugendas.

Cons:

En el apartamento el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfecto, pero hacía mucho calor en espacios comunes.

El lugar donde se desayuna queda a una cuadra y obviamente hay que desplazarse hasta allá. Pero el desayuno es excelente, muy completo

Realmente fica numa localização bastante elegante da cidade. Boa base para explorar Las Condes e bairros vizinhos.

Cons:

A microrregião tem perfil mais residencial, sendo necessário uma certa caminhada para acessar partes mais comerciais e atrações de interesse turístico. Café da manhã bom, mas nada excepcional.

Que anunciaron un precio por la habitación en la reserva y a la hora de hacer el check in, el valor del tipo de cambio presentó una diferencia grande con el tipo de cambio oficial, y lo transforman si o si a pesos chilenos dejando una clara evidencia que tienen un negocio paralelo implicito cambiario que no corresponde puesto que esto no esta anunciado...Lo bueno es que Booking compensó ese detalle, y quedé contento con la compensación, sin embargo esto debe cambiar, si es que no lo transparentan, y el apart hotel de departamentos muestras sus credenciales cambiarias. Lo demás excelente, tenía piscina, y estacionamiento, seguridad, todo muy bien, salvo esto que digo...mejorarlo...informando de antemano para que el cliente sepa que se va a encontrar con esto...porque no importa que cobren en dólares...pero deben basarse en la cotización del banco central...porque presentó didferencia en el precio anunciado en la pagina de booking con la finalmente pagada...por suerte booking respondió.

Great staff, location, neighborhood and breakfast! Worth every penny!
Pros:

The hotel is located in a very calm and beautiful neighborhood. It's surrounded by small buildings, but very well located at the same time, close to El Golf station and to very good restaurants. However, you should keep in mind that Costanera center is more than 1km far from it. Breakfast is served in another hotel, Rugendas, which is very close, with beautiful location and great options. In the evening, the bistro at the same restaurant serves excellent plates (a little expensive, even considering Chilean standards, but worth the price). Staff is absolutely great. We had to leave before breakfast time and they prepared a special lunch box for us. Definitely will choose Time Select again in my next time in Santiago.
