Se extravío un polo en mi habitación y nunca me dieron respuesta a pesar de mi queja, ni siquiera hubieron disculpas de su parte. El AC estaba goteando y a pesar de mi queja no lo cambiaron; la ventana de la habitacion la dejo abierta la mucama y luego no podia cerrarse, cuando me queje dijeron q podrian solucionarlo al dia siguiente porque no tenian personal de mantenimiento , la tuve que cerrar yo mismo.
