Boa opção na melhor região de Santiago
Pros:

Melhor região de Santiago e perto de lugares turísticos como o Costanera Center e o MUT. Fica em uma rua super silenciosa.
Ótima cama e chuveiro, é bastante confortável.

O hotel é bem bonito e o quarto confortável. A localização é maravilhosa, tem tudo perto. Metro, restaurantes, shoppings. Dá para fazer tudo a pé. Os recepcionistas são muito atenciosos, em especial o Mathias sempre muito simpático. O café da manhã muito farto e gostoso. A comida do restaurante do hotel é muito boa. Vale a pena comer pelo menos um dia lá. Eu amei a estadia, voltaria com certeza.

Cons:

O ar-condicionado era velho e barulhento. Apenas uma observação para quem tem dificuldade de locomoção, pode ser difícil entrar e sair da banheira

Instalações novas e bonitas. Região muito agradável no entorno. Ótimo café da manhã. Fiquei em um quarto excelente, com grande sala separada e 2 banheiros completos. Ótima cama. Apartamento muito agradável.

Cons:

A banheira não tem tampão disponível. Tivemos que solicitar, o que demorou. Além disso, o tampão não vedava completamente a saída da água, o que tornou o banho de banheira desconfortável. Também foi desconfortável utilizar a pia do banheiro, pois a torneira foi instalada a uma distância grande da cuba, o que fazia com que a água fosse despejada na pontinha da cuba e molhasse toda a bancada, escorrendo até o chão. O vaso sanitário também foi instalado sem espaço suficiente para as pernas, apesar do banheiro ser de ótimo tamanho. Enfim, as instalações novas e bonitas, porém algumas falhas na implementação.

Viaja a Santiago por trabajo
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y la cuadra es muy linda.
El diseño y la decoración son muy buenos.
Me reconocieron al llegar que es importante.

Cons:

Deberían resolver el tema del desayuno que hay que tomarlo en otro hotel a una cuadra.
No tengo otra crítica, el resto me pareció muy bueno.

Angenehm und genau das, was wir erwartet haben.
Pros:

Die Lage ist ruhig und relativ zentral. Preis-Leistung ist gut.
Der morgendliche, kurze Spaziergang zum Frühstück ist angenehm.

Cons:

An der Decke über dem Bett waren irgendwelche Rückstände von Klebeband. Der Wasserhahn im
Bad hat gerade so ins Waschbecken gereicht, So dass das Händewaschen nicht ohne Überflutung möglich war.
Sonst alles gut.

Cons:

Me hicieron el cargo completo por la estancia dos semanas antes de llegar, aun cuando al reservar decia que se pagaba en el alojamiento. Escribi varias veces preguntando por el cargo y tardaron en responder. Debi bloquear mi TC. Al llegar pague la totalidad y en teoria reversaron el cobro a la TC. Espero que asi sea. Mal hecho del hotel
