Check in was quick very nice clean rooms and quiet peaceful stay
Die to road work it was hard getting around that particular area
The room was nice and neat. Im happy we were right by the pool.
The morning check in lady was nice and helpful.
The room took forever to get cool and the lady in the breakfast room Sunday morning seemed rude to me. She started picking up breakfast before 9:30 and I couldn't fix my other child a waffle or because she came picked it up before I finished making my daughter's.
I like the location. Is close to the outlets and restaurants
I did not like the lady working in the kitchen breakfast from Tuesday to Saturday. She was mean to me and my family, the hotel had very little guests. We would go to the breakfast room every morning and she would make faces at us, would not put food out especially sausages. In one occasion I asked her if she was going to put more and she got upset because I asked her, every day she would stand at the kitchen door to see how much food we were eating. She would count the yogurt, the cream cheese, the apples, etc. one day my husband asked her if there was more milk in the container and she answered “I don’t know” with a mad voice. I felt she was being racist with us. She is African American and we are Hispanic. She was nice with other people of her same race.
The lady that clean the bedroom is such a nice lady, as well as the manager and the other 2 ladies at the front desk, also the guy that checked us in, such an amazing person.
Like the location, although a lot of construction work is taking place.
The bed wasn't that comfortable.
We were mislead on the booking, we didn't even stay there
El olor a humedad es insoportable
Comfortable bed
1st impression was really bad - the lobby smelled musty. The air conditioner was very loud. We were denied late checkout - 1st time ever in all my travels!
Pretty good relaxing stay
Coulda been a little less expensive for the quality
It’s quiet
Bathroom ceiling had specks of mold. Sofa was dirty, carpet was dirty and the headboard was all scratched up.
New- clean- friendly
Much construction in the area
Room had a damp, musty odor.
