Cons:

Reception Staff or payment collection staff was very unfair. I used to book this property for our guests for more than 5 years. Unfortunately, this time I have received very bad handling from their reception staff.

Pros:

room size not good, and they don't prepare the room the whole day, like until 4pm, noisy in the night
