The staff were very very kind, helpful and friendly. The location is great, breakfast was very good, the rooms were cleaned everyday, whole the ambient was very friendly.

The bed was good and comfortable.
The bathroom was dirty, and the room was not as shown in the pictures. I asked to change the room but they refused, claiming that the hotel was full, but it wasn't. I asked for a blanket because it was a bit cold, but unfortunately my request was not met.
Good location, very close to public transport.
The staff were brilliant and helpful. Even organised an external company to do some laundry for us at short notice. Breakfast was simple and traditional Turkish, quite tasty.
The rate for the room was acceptable. I would've been disappointed if I had paid any more. The room was clean, but quite dated.
Little to no sound proofing on the room. The city noises are very loud, as are noises from within the hotel.
Our room had a smell coming from the drains in the bathroom that was a little unpleasant when we re-entered the room.
The bed was very hard and only had one small blanket and 2 decorative things (that were layed over the foot of the bed)

Os quartos eram muito pequenos e o ar condicionado funcionava mal. As instalações degradadas com candeeiros partidos e armários apodrecidos. O pequeno almoço foi muito parco. As ruas que ladeiam o hotel são muito movimentadas e as janelas não têm isolamento e por isso havia bastante ruído.
