Friendly Staff and Comfortable Night’s Sleep

The room we had 105 wasn't too clean lot of stains on the carpet the commode wasn't clean properly and and the room was very dusty.

Great Price & Location
Pros:

Great location, close to shopping and a wide variety of restaurants to dine at. I always book here as a lay-over when traveling from Columbus to Toronto, Ohio every three to four months. I highly recommend staying here.

The breakfast was good and was ready before I had to leave.

Cons:

I didn't care for the wheelchair accessible shower in my room. I had to use towels to mop up the water on the floor outside of the shower after I got done showering.

Awesome place to stay
Pros:

Great place to stay. All the staff were very friendly and courteous even got to know our dog by name. Very well stocked hot breakfast with different items daily. Room were very clean and well stocked hot breakfast,bed comfortable. Renovation has started on the 4 th floor signage states may be noise at times , we only heard it one time when they were working rite over our room. Ample parking and well lit. I would highly recommend staying here , great value for the money. Will definitely stay again.staff always treats guest with respect and on a first name basis. Food and shopping nearby has room for large vehicle parking. This is a cozy place in the center of it all ,without all the noise and chaos of daily living. Great views from high up top the hill.
