Hilton Garden Inn Victoria

The manager and some employees were so rude. Loved the hotel but I will never go back because of their employees. It used to be our yearly summer trip but will not be going back.

Nothing property is good.

Let me start with saying that my stay was very uncomfortable due to a staff member by the name of ray soliz his job title is a night auditor but was trying to be a security guard.my fist night I stayed there I check in around 10:30pm.i got to my room unpack my things.i got my small cooler with a few beers to end my night an to hangout in the smoking area.mind you I got out the elevator made my way towards the front desk an I get half way to the smoking area I hears someone say you can't take the cooler out there I was like excuse me I begin to tell this guy ray that I was just going outside cause I wanted to smoke a cigarette an drink a few beers.he began to tell me that I have to buy there beer in order to drink outside in the smoking area.we started going back an forth I told him that I was just going outside to relax but he was not listening to what I was saying.yes I started getting mad because I spent alot of money to stay at the hotel an I couldn't drink my own beer outside cause they want you to buy there expensive beer in order to drink I don't think its right.so ray ended up calling the cops on me cause me an ray soliz couldn't come to an understanding.so I waited at the lobby for the cops to show up.i went outside to smoke a cigarette an i was half way done with my cigarette that ray guy was right there by the front door watching me he is just an hourly work er for him to be acting the way he was he shouldn't be working at at hotel cause he has no people skills towards paying customers an no hospitality for working at a Hilton hotel because I know the Hilton branch wouldn't expect ray soliz actions towards there customers.i end up just going up to my room an waited for the cops.later that night I went down to the back of the hotel where there was binches an a cigarette ashtray.yesi took my cooler down with me.about 20 minutes later here comes ray soliz an the front desk guy walking down the sidewalk .

Toilet did not work. Bottles were empty in shower. They did offer to transfer me to another room but I was settled & too exhausted to move.

My son's shoes were stolen and nobody really didnt do anything when it was brought to their attention. The price for a one night stay was pricy which didn't include breakfast at all.

Nothing

The elevator happened to be down, but that’s not a big deal.

No amenities for the price will never stay there again super 8 much better and I get breakfast and everything thing works in the room

Pool was fine, but hot tubs were either not working or kind of dirty.
