The late night desk person did not want to allow us to eat in lobby.

Not what I had hoped for but ok

I like the location & the hotel itself for most part

Cons:

I did a pay @ property 3rd party booking & was told via phone call that I could upgrade when got to property then when checking I was told I couldn’t then I asked again @ check out & was told yes that can be done. To many employees @ this location don’t know or weren’t taught how to properly do thier jobs. Then we found left fries in the microwave ( not ours )
Then the large ( heavy ) metal hook on back of bathroom door came flying off when I took my close off & it almost hit my grandsons bare toes. That needs to be secured. Dogs barking in hall way @ almost midnight.

My stay was short but extremely sweet!
Pros:

The property was the most cleanest I’ve experienced in a while. I was extremely comfortable. 10/10!

Always clean and the staff is very friendly.

Cons:

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn at New Braunfels and they charged a decent amount for snacks and drinks. Their bottled water for example was reasonable at $3.00 per bottle. Your location charges $6.00 for the same drink and sodas were $7.00.

Bad Check In
Pros:

$45 fee to check in two hours early and wouldn’t hold our bags. Expected better service when my company does a LOT of business with this property.

Pros:

Nice rooms but the pool was unusable due to other guests not properly watching their children. Kids were jumping off the rails and hot tub, splashing other guests and screaming. One hot tub was broken and had old stagnant water in it. Kids were still playing in this hot tub then getting back in the pool. No alcohol allowed in the pool was a disappointment as well. Consider having adult swim and allow alcohol.

Pros:

The staff was amazing, I cannot remember the last time I had customer service that was excellent. I would like to acknowledge Eva, Christian, Melissa and Alex! The property was clean, the rooms were very nice.I liked the bar area. I did not use the pool but it looked very clean. Great place to stay!
