普通より下でした
Pros:

ベッドは良かった。
枕か2種類あった点が良かった。

Cons:

駐車場が満杯だった
お風呂の壁の黒いカビ？気になった
電車の音がうるさい
wifiなどのパスワードは部屋に分かりやすく見えるようにしてほしい
ご飯が美味しくない（白飯）
おかずや、他は凄くいいのに…

ロケーションが最高でした。
札幌からバスで行ったのですが、バス停も近く市電も目の前で良かったです。

Cons:

エントランススタッフの方の対応が良くありませんでした。その日たまたま嫌なことがあったのか、いつもああなのかは分かりませんが、目が一度も合わないし何か上から目線のような話し方で気分が悪かったです。立地が良いだけにまた使用したい気持ちでは居ますが、彼女には会いたくありません。

部屋の掃除は全体的に綺麗に見えましたが床に湿布を剥がしたフィルムが落ちていた、テレビのリモコンがベタベタしていた
