Sehr freundliches Personal und die zentrale Lage.

Cons:

Erstaunlich war, dass im Bad keine Toilettenbürste vorhanden war. Darüber sollte mal nachgedacht werden.

Gutes Stadthotel in zentraler Lage zu einem vernünftigen Preis.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war super und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich! Sehr schön ist auch der Check-Out-Termin um erstc12;00 Uhr.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hätte ein wenig abwechslungsreicher sein können.

Een koude mooi kamer.

Het ontbijt was prima.

Cons:

Ik had het koud door de airco die stond te blazen. Ik had het erg koud en gevraagd de airco uit te zetten. Ze hebben hem zachter gezet, maar dat hielp niet. Vandaag voor het eerst een Nederlands sprekende receptioniste bij het uitchecken. Zij vertelde dat ik om een kacheltje had kunnen vragen. Een beetje laat. Verder een prima kamer en netjes. Ik ga zeker nog een keer terug en als het dan kous is vraag ik om een kacheltje.

Comfortable room and bed, but let down by poor breakfast quality and frustrating, inconsistent handling of my cancellati

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep.

Cons:

The pricing felt completely unfair — €650 for the first night, €143 for the second, and €134 for the third. I had emailed the hotel three weeks before arrival asking to cancel the last night, as I was entitled to under my booking conditions, but I was told it must be done via booking.com. I did so and I received the decline email. Yet when I arrived and raised it again at check-in, they cancelled it without any issue — which happened to be the cheapest of the three nights. This made the whole pre-arrival process feel pointless and frustrating. On top of that, the breakfast was a real letdown: the pastries were stale with no variety of fruits, and the coffee quality was poor. Apparently there was a concert in Arnhem and no better time to charge customers four times of normal price. Booking.com should have been much more transparent about this scam pricing. So I would have made better decision.

Lekker geslapen, heerlijk gegeten en veel van het gezellige Arnhem ontdekt.
Pros:

Heerlijk bed. Ontbijt was prima, voldoende keus. De locatie is een beetje rumoerig s' avonds.

Cons:

Het enige wat tegenviel waren de daklozen die dagelijks op de trappen bij de ingang van het hotel zaten te blowen en om geld te vragen.
