Club Quarters Hotel, Grand Central

Understandably, rates vary greatly depending on date of stay. My husband and I stayed for six nights in a Superior Room over MLK day for an average cost of $218/nt which is unheard of in Manhattan. Location is great, two blocks to Grand Central Station and buses on Lex and 3rd Ave.
We were in room 1802. It was clean. You do hear adjacent room doors close and of course NYC sirens. I think it would be a very tight fit for 3 as one would sleep on the oversized chair that flips out. I don’t know where you would store a 3rd suitcase. It may work for a child.
Carry on bags barely fit under the nightstand on each side, full size luggage would be a problem. The wardrobe has hangers, two small drawers and an upper shelf and an iron and ironing board. Single sink outside of the toilet and low rise shower. I thought the towels and robe provided were scratchy. There is a make up mirror which I appreciated.
The lounge on the 27th floor is lovely. 24/7 access to coffee options and tea. Loved the water stations on each floor.
I would not hesitate to recommend booking here; I hope to stay again.
All the staff were welcoming. Housekeeping service hours varied.

Staff was great, check-in was fast and easy, love the reusable water bottles/water stations and the supply closet for toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, etc. Room was clean, but a mini fridge would have been nice.

When I saw how much less expensive Club Quarters Grand Central was compared to nearby options, I was skeptical, but thought I’d give it a try. I am so glad I did! I was prepared for adequate, if not substandard, accommodations because of the price. What I found instead, to my relief and delight, was an efficient, well-managed, friendly hotel with modern, attractively and thoughtfully designed, well-equipped, spotless rooms! I was amazed and impressed by the value! This stay was only one night, so there wasn’t time to enjoy the penthouse lounge or the gym, but I am looking forward to returning to New York for a longer stay, and will definitely plan to return to Club Quarters Grand Central! Highly recommended!

From start to finish, my stay at this hotel with my boyfriend was absolutely perfect. For starters, the location is perfect. It being right next to Grand Central is insanely convenient for travel all over NYC, and literally everything you could possibly need is steps away from the hotel, including a dispensary literally about 50 feet up the street. The entire staff is incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Delilah was working the front desk when I checked in and out, and she was an absolute delight. She let us check in 3 hours early, no questions asked and free of charge, and explained all of the hotel’s amenities and where to find them very well during check-in. After getting our keys and heading to the room, we were met with a lovely, clean room with a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker and an impressively large tv for a hotel. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were top notch. The bathroom was super clean and the shower was very nice, great shower head. It was quite literally a perfect room for 2 people for the weekend, in a perfect location, with perfect customer service. Upon checking out, Delilah extended our stay till 1:30pm free of charge (couldn’t stay longer since the room was accounted for by an incoming guest) and she stored our bags at the hotel till we were ready to fly out later that evening with no issue. I can’t stress enough that she, and the entire staff, seemed to so happy to help. I never saw a face without a smile. Some may say “that’s their job” but the fact of the matter is that they don’t have to be so kind to get the job done, and I’ve definitely stayed at hotels where I felt like a nuisance. I’m happy to say that was never the case at Hotel Boutique, and I know exactly where I’m staying the next time I’m in New York.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the EXCELLENT treatment I recently received as a Guest at the Club Quarters Hotel Grand Central, New York, during this past MLK Holiday Weekend (January 16th through 19th). Even the check-in experience was pleasurable, as we checked-in later than expected this past Friday, January 16th. The attendant at the front desk was very nice and courteous and could tell we were tired and just wanted to relax, so he had us on our way to our room in no time. Our room was very, very nice and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy ourselves. We also loved the beautiful amenities this Club Quarters Hotel had to offer. We LOVED the BEAUTIFUL 27th Floor Guest Lounge Area. Whether it be day or night, the incredible view of downtown New York from this space is breathtaking!!! The Guest Services Manager, Terence Lloyd, was OUTSTANDING in making sure we had everything we needed to ensure our stay there was a memorable one!! I would recommend staying at the Club Quarters Hotel Grand Central, New York, to ANYONE. You will ABSOLUTELY want to come back time and time again!!!

Great location, very clean, friendly staff.

My family and I spent a long weekend at Club Quarters Hotel Grand Central in New York from January 16 to January 19, 2026, and from the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. Every staff member was pleasant, attentive, and knowledgeable, always ready to assist and offer great recommendations for local dining.

Terence L truly went above and beyond and elevated our experience to an entirely new level. He rolled out the red carpet by ensuring our rooms were ready and fully equipped with more amenities than we could have asked for. He personally showed us where the ice machines, laundry faculties, exercise room and refillable water coolers were located, as well as the top-floor meeting space, which was perfect for our family celebration and card games. The views overlooking New York City were absolutely spectacular.

Terence made sure all of our needs were met, from providing snacks to ensuring the heat was working properly for playing cards in the enclosed outdoor space overlooking the city. He also recommended excellent local eateries and helped arrange transportation for us to see the Aladdin play.

The hotel is centrally located in Manhattan, with many attractions within walking distance. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I truly look forward to planning our next family weekend trip at Club Quarters Hotel Grand Central and cannot wait to see Terence again and experience his outstanding service and excellence.

This was my first time at this amazing hotel. Terrence and his team were extremely hospitable. Terrence made sure we felt welcomed and even shared some point of interest here in manhattan. This team made this experience one I will never forget. I will be back! Thank you!

Stayed here for 5 nights at the beginning of January in a twin room. Welcomed by Marc Anthony at reception who was extremely helpful with checking us in and explaining the amenities on offer. Was told we'd been given a room with a view but when we got to it on the 14th floor, the only view we had was of the office building opposite. I had been really excited, expecting to see the Chrysler from the bedroom window, so I asked for a room change. Because the majority of rooms at the hotel are double beds, Delilah was only able to move us up a few floors but still in the same part of the hotel. That was perfect for us though. (Floor 22) The room had more light and you could see the top of the Chrysler too!
The coffee and water situation on floor 27 was taken advantage of every day which was fab. The rooms, albeit a bit of a squeeze were clean and comfortable. The Aircon was really loud and had a mind of its own but as you couldn't open our window it was a necessary must and had to be on.
All in all, Club Quarters Grand Central was an ideal base and I would highly recommend it for your stay in New York.

We really enjoyed our stay and right from the start we felt welcome. On our first night the staff were friendly and professional and were helpful for our entire stay for 9 nights. The hotel is an easy walk to Grand Central and many of the places we wanted to visit in New York. It was close to a number of amazing cafes too. We loved the lounge upstairs and the facilities to make drinks. The room was lovely too and the beds were very comfortable. We would highly recommend this hotel to visitors.

Outstanding stay very convenient to get around the city. The wife and I were impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the rest of the hotel. The coffee bar on the 27th floor was awesome amenity. The staff were totally amazing always friendly and helpful. Absolutely no street noise heard from our room.the atmosphere and value was well worth it.

Mark at front desk was super friendly and very helpful. Central location and easy access to public transportation. Love the rooftop terrace with 24hrs access with self-service coffee and tea. Water machine on each floor. Laundry machine is an added bonus. Highly recommended.

So kind recepcionist miss Janet. Everything was good. The stay in hotel was calm, we had option to fill water in our hall into the plastic bottles and coffee on too of the hotel with beautiful view. I would recommend everyone who eould like to stay in hotel near Grand Central and Rockefeller.

This was our second time staying at Club Quarters and once again it was an excellent experience. The staff are exceptional and Marc Anthony helped us after our check out by providing us a quiet space to receive a very important doctor’s call, thereby making a difficult situation less stressful.
And the hotel itself is clean, well organized and has great coffee on the 27th floor! We will definitely be back.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the staff were friendly and always willing to help. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We stayed here and had the most amazing experience. From check in to check out everything was taken care of and we felt there was a perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism in the staff. The rooms were clean and room service was quick to respond to requests for extra items. Regarding staff, we had wonderful experiences specifically with Elias, but all staff were amazing to interact with! Such a great team! It was central to everything we would be doing, and most tourist things were a 20 min walk or a quick subway ride. If we come back to New York, we will definitely be staying here again

We had a great experience at this hotel. It was clean and comfortable with everything you need and nothing you don't. It's great value for money in a good location for Grand CentraL Station and Tmes Square. Highly recommend.

Love this place - from our early arrival, complimentary luggage storage, upstairs lounge area, easy checkin, and great accommodations. Pillows were amazing, loved the nespresso machine in the room, the chilled water on every floor, quick elevators and never a line/crowd in the lobby area. So many great places to eat close by (Black Seed Bagel, Perfect Pint, Grand Central Market...I could go on) and the ease to get to Grand Central Station whether for the subway or LIRR for airport arrival and departure. I would definitely stay here again.

A very convenient location to get to everything around midtown, central park and downtown. Hotel was clean, our room was clean and inviting other than a surface rusted table stand that I only noticed when. Laying in bed. The hotel was mostly how it looked in the photos. Staff was friendly and helpful. The 27th floor lounge is a hidden gem in my opinion. Would stay here again for sure. Thank you to all of the CQ staff.

The Club Quartes Hotel Boutique Grand Central has the best location ever, it is just a couple of minutes away from Bryant Park, the Grand Central terminal and the whole area is amazing! A lot of good restaurants within 5-10 min walk from the hotel. The staff is amazing too and the rooms were clean and comfy. The rooftop is great and they have excellent free coffee at the room and at the rooftop!
