Club Quarters Hotel, Grand Central

We truly enjoyed staying at the Hotel Boutique. The room was larger than most NY hotel rooms. The bed was firm. The hotel was clean. Friendly staff!!!!! We found the little extras extra nice: top floor lounge for guests with several options for free coffee and water bottle stations. We will stay again when we next visit!

Great experience, thank you. Good value, extremely comfortable beds and exceptionally clean room and bathroom! Staff are so friendly and nothing is too much bother. View from the terrace on the top floor is brilliant and the free tea and coffee was much appreciated.

Great experience, we did a surprise one day trip, and everything was great. Mark checked us in, and was very knowledgeable of the area. We had an early check-in and he made sure that we were able to store our luggage while we waited. Mark also helped us get to the airport on such short notice, he was able to secure us a taxi, and he waited with us until the taxi arrived, so grateful for him. We will certainly be back for a longer stay!

I have been staying at Club Quarters Hotels (CQ) for many many years, most often at CQ Chestnut Street Philadelphia and CQ Grand Central here in New York City. I also stayed at CQ in Boston quite recently. At every CQ hotel I have stayed in I have received a first class service, and they have accommodated my partial disability by giving me an accessible room at no extra cost.
I love the fact that there’s a free laundry room, not to mention free cold bottled water on demand and generally speaking a very friendly and customer service dedicated staff.
I want to make particular mention of Elias the manager of CQ Grand Central who has helped me out in a very difficult situation here in NYC during a severe weather period. He was extremely accommodating in ensuring that I could retain my room for an extra couple of days until my flight back to London. Nothing was too much trouble.

In all my years staying at CQ hotels I’ve not once had any cause to complain; quite the opposite I would have no hesitation in recommending the brand.

It is certainly very good value.

Staying in east NY was amazing and walking distances to many main attractions and eateries. Elias at the front desk had great hospitality and really supportive and friendly. Great stay.

Best coffee bar lounge and views open 24 hrs. Cleanliness and staff were wonderful. Elevators newer and fast. Highly recommended

The location is very convenient for the city sites

Our stay was very comfortable! The front desk was accommodating at check-in and check-out. Our room was comfortable, with clean bathroom and coffee/teamaker. We made good use of the rooftop lounge area. It provided a comfortable place to have a coffee or tea, recharge by the fireplace, or enjoy the views fro the enclosed patio. The location was the reason we picked Club Quarters, and it did not disappoint. We walked all over midtown and Central Park.

We had a wonderful experience at the Club Quarters Hotel Grand Central! The location is amazing, close to a lot of attractions, a lot of restaurants. The center of the city. And the staff… the staff were so helpful and friendly! We had a problem with the cab driver that took us to the airport. He was demanding more money than what the hotel told us it would cost. So we called the hotel’s staff and they spoke to him and fixed it! We really enjoyed our time there and can’t wait to go visit again. Thank you to everyone that made our stay so special and memorable!!

Location of the hotel is great which made easy to walk to different reataurants and places. The room is spacious for one person and i will definitely be back again

The room was very clean and tidy, and the location was perfect for Manhattan.

I was in NYC for one night for a work event. I accidentally dropped a valuable earring down the sink drain in my hotel room's bathroom when I was getting ready for the event. I was able to share a picture of the other earring with the great lobby staff, and by the time I returned from my event, their engineer, Ben, was able to retrieve my earring from the drain! Thanks so much to Ben and the wonderful staff at CQH/Grand Central!

The rooms were nice for couples, and the front desk was so friendly and helpful! For my husband and I , who were new to New York, the location was just perfect.

I have been staying at Club Quarters Grand Central from 2023 for my regular New York business trips. The hotel is central, staff are friendly especially Mark Anthony. He goes out of his way to ensure that guest have all they need. I highly recommend this hotel due to its location, ambience, value for money and great staff support.

The hotel has a perfect location, in front of Grand Central Terminal. The room was comfortable, clean, not cluttered. They have a lounge at the 27th floor with a great view and a nice espresso/cappuccino machine.

Understandably, rates vary greatly depending on date of stay. My husband and I stayed for six nights in a Superior Room over MLK day for an average cost of $218/nt which is unheard of in Manhattan. Location is great, two blocks to Grand Central Station and buses on Lex and 3rd Ave.
We were in room 1802. It was clean. You do hear adjacent room doors close and of course NYC sirens. I think it would be a very tight fit for 3 as one would sleep on the oversized chair that flips out. I don’t know where you would store a 3rd suitcase. It may work for a child.
Carry on bags barely fit under the nightstand on each side, full size luggage would be a problem. The wardrobe has hangers, two small drawers and an upper shelf and an iron and ironing board. Single sink outside of the toilet and low rise shower. I thought the towels and robe provided were scratchy. There is a make up mirror which I appreciated.
The lounge on the 27th floor is lovely. 24/7 access to coffee options and tea. Loved the water stations on each floor.
I would not hesitate to recommend booking here; I hope to stay again.
All the staff were welcoming. Housekeeping service hours varied.

Staff was great, check-in was fast and easy, love the reusable water bottles/water stations and the supply closet for toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, etc. Room was clean, but a mini fridge would have been nice.
