It served me well. The staff were friendly and helpful. Suggested and Guided me to a downtown restaurant!

Perfect road trip stop in Ohio
Pros:

The staff was kind and attentive at this property. Location was great right off the highway in the middle of Ohio. The handicap accessible suite was perfect for my aunt with Parkinson’s.

Cons:

The walls were very thin and we could hear heavy footsteps above us all night.

A very nice respite from a long road trip with friendly staff and comfortable accommodations.
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally helpful, and friendly to our pet and us. They were immediately responsive to our questions and provided solutions. We received an upgrade room which was a delight!

Cons:

While it is easy off/on to the expressway, the immediate area surrounding the hotel is undergoing redevelopment.

Pros:

The breakfast was the best we have ever had at a hotel—multiple hot choices, fruit, many things to sprinkle on omelets, cereal, etc. The room has been updated and especially the bathroom was exceptionally attractive. The air conditioner worked very well. The price seemed competitive with similar quality hotels. The 6 to 10 am breakfast time is accommodating. The only negative is the closing of the mall nearby, but some new construction in the neighborhood has begun.”0

Overall nice stay
Pros:

The pool was right across from my room. It was so convenient. Breakfast was good. Staff was exceptional.

Cons:

There was a foul odor coming from the refrigerator area. While the room was clean overall, it could definitely benefit from some updates, especially the flooring, to give it a cleaner and more modern feel. The location was also a little off-putting, with an abandoned hotel across the parking lot and a run-down mall literally next to it. It felt somewhat eerie driving through the area at night.

Pros:

I came there tired & my name was not on there for a room. Very disappointed with Booking!! Had to pay a regular fee & then u charged me so I got charged twice. Would like money taken off my visa, i have a receipt to show i stayed at the regular price & not thru u. Confirmation number on my phone was covered up by u telling me to go to an app. Call me 419-315-3150

Great stay in Elyria
Pros:

Great stay with exceptional staff and newly updated facilities. Easy to get to and there were plenty of dining choices in the area.

Cons:

Down side was that the pool/spa was still being worked on. There just wasnt much to complain about.
