Fabulous apartment
Pros:

Fabulous apartment, large and super comfortable. I recommend to those travelling by car. WiFi patchy is my biggest criticism.

Home is very spacius.
Pros:

Seems Poland uses only sofa bed.. i got a double sofa bed. Not very comfortable for a couple. Communication was very difficult because just 1-2 persons can speak basic English. To clean the apartment we must ask every day, otherwise it was not clean.

Pros:

Komfortowy apartament. Przestronnie, czysto. Szkoda tylko, że na parterze.
Minus: proces zameldowania - negatywnie nastawiony Pan w recepcji (kolejne osoby w recepcji -panie - kulturalne, bardzo pomocne). Aneks kuchenny - duży, wyposażony, lecz zamiast zmywarki chyba bardziej przydałaby się mikrofala.
Poza tym - perfekcyjnie. POLECAM

Bardzo ładne miejsce, świetna lokalizacja, miła i pomocna obsługa, niestety zimno- nagrzewało się kilka godzin. Następnym razem przyjadę latem :)

Newer apartment, good location, perfect for us.
Pros:

We enjoyed staying here. Our unit had two bedrooms (2 twins & a queen), living area, table seating, kitchen and modern shower/toilet. It also had a nice balcony with table and chairs. Someone was on site 24/7, and willing to assist with whatever you needed. Having breakfast delivered to our room every morning was nice.

Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was lovely and spacious with comfy beds. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, helping us with booking taxis and even helping us learn some Polish! We would definitely recommend this as an alternative to a traditional hotel set-up.

Pros:

We had water pressure issue at Apt 1 but we are switched to another one when we inform the staff about this. It is a family friendly hotel. I recommend it strongly.

Quiet location despite proximity to city centre.
Pros:

Modern facilities and comfort make the Art Residence my place of choice when visiting Lublin. When travelling with my family we can prepare our own meals in a well equipped kitchen or go to town within short 10 minutes walk. The staff are warm and welcoming and very helpful. I have been returning to this small hotel on each visit to my family and friends.

Apartment was great.
Pros:

The apartment was great. Spacious and clean. Big bathroom. Bed was OK. It could have a better mattress.
THe location was a little far from the center of Lublin. Definitely not walking distance.

Nice hotel, close to many things.
Pros:

Kitchen does not have a microwave neither decent knife which you would expect from apartment looking from US standards perspective. That is quite common in Poland though.

Bra hotell till ett billig pris
Pros:

Hotelet är väldigt bekväm och även rummet. Bra service och de rent o fint i hotellet och i rummet, man får dessutom god frukost på rummet vilket var god service. Hotellet ligger 15 min promenad till the old town of lublin. Det ända nackdelen med hotellet är att det inte finns luftkonditionering i rummen men annars var allt perfekt. Rekommendera denna hotell starkt

Generalnie pobyt oceniam pozytywnie. Przyzwoita lokalizacja i przestronny apartament. Jedyne poważniejsze zastrzeżenie to dość skromne śniadanie, szczególnie dla osób które lubią zjeść rano porządny posiłek. Poza tym drobiazgi typu przepalona żarówka albo brak na ścianie uchwytu na słuchawkę prysznicową. Dobrze by też było, gdyby każdy gość dostał klucz umożliwiający mu swobodne wchodzenie do hotelu (trzeba za każdym razem dzwonić domofonem na recepcję). W TV są wyłącznie polskie kanały, co niekoniecznie może się podobać gościom z zagranicy. Poza tym wszystko gra - miła obsługa, czysto, niemal pachnie nowością :)

Super obsługa i indywidualne podejście.
Pros:

Doskonałe miejsce aby zatrzymać się na kilka dni w Lublinie. Duży, przestronny ,doskonale urządzony apartament z ogromną łazienką. Ale największe wrażenie robi indywidualne podejście do gościa. Śniadanie do pokoju oraz inne udogodnienia stawiają ten apartament w czołówce moich ulubionych.

Great for someone who likes style!
Pros:

In >20 yrs of business travel these were the best facilities, ever...a self-contained apartment. The décor was stylish (I would love to live in this style of apartment full time!). As there is no room service or restaurant they even provided complimentary breakfast in my apartment; which was very substantial - more than 2/3 people could eat.
Wonderful place!
