Ms. Vivian, I hope you get more training in HOSPITALITY

I am truly disappointed as a Hilton Diamond member for over 5 years at this property. I have stayed across America in Hiltons from tru by Hilton to the Waldorf Astoria. There has been many of nights in my travels that I have checked in before 3pm. Most times the agent is ELATED to accommodate as long as the room is available. I’ve checked in directly after audit before free of charge due to a booking error on my part. So you can only imagine how it felt to have Vivian refuse my early arrival when I was dealing with a travel emergency.
Where was the empathy, human decency. to be told the room is sitting available but I could not check in early as a diamond member with an emergency was and is ridiculous. Vivian had turned this Diamond member away from this Hampton in the future. I actually had my wife cancel and book the Hilton Garden Inn down the street whom was more than welcoming and happy to accommodate. That was the Hilton brand Ms. Vivian, I hope you get more training in HOSPITALITY

Just what was needed
Pros:

Excellent location for our needs. Desk staff very helpful and friendly.

The front desk staff specifically Mikayla and I believe it was Dawn? She had long blonde hair were absolutely lovely and phenomenal! They helped us with all of our needs and made sure our stay was extra comfortable, because of them my experience was 10x better than I could have imagined. Thank you so much for the warm welcome and treating us so lovely! I'd defiantly stay again because of the front desk staff!

Cons:

Overall the only things I would change is some of the garbages were a bit dirty upon arrival and need to be replaced. I wish there was more water bottles in the fridge as well would be very nice! Other than that not much else!

Nice spacious rooms! Breakfast was great !
Pros:

The room was spacious. TV service was good, Linens were clean. Breakfast was very good. Staff friendly.

Cons:

The A/C in our room was noisy, but it worked well. It was hard to fall asleep because of the noise. Bed was too firm but the pillows and blankets made it cozier. Bathroom toilet/bathtub was tight. Door was too close to toilet.
