Great Stay…
Pros:

Really enjoyed my stay here. The entire hotel was in great shape, the room was excellent and clean-modern, but the surprise stand-out was the breakfast. Well planned, high quality and excellently maintained. The staff were kind and helpful, and loved the proximity to tHutchins BBQ and HG Supply for those evening meals.

Pros:

Comfortable room at a decent price. Location was great since it was only a few miles away from the home of the friends I was visiting. Breakfast was good and had a big selection to choose from. Hotel was very clean.

Best experience
Pros:

I arrived and Brenda greeted me with warmth and a big smile. I arrived earlier than i expected. Brenda accommodated me upon arrival. That was a huge plus and with that my day and stay was amazing. I felt Welcomed and my next stay in Dallas will be at the Hampton Inn.

Friendly Staff, Spotless Room.
Pros:

This was our second stay at this hotel. Since our last visit in 2025, the hotel has been remodeled and is excellent. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed with them March 13-15, 2026. Our room number was 422 and it was spotless. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Disorganized service and poor attention to basic guest needs.

Nothing notable stood out during this stay.

Cons:

We booked for 3 guests (2 adults and 1 child), but upon arrival the child’s bed was not prepared. Staff brought sheets and asked us to make the bed ourselves late at night. There was no apology, and no attempt to check or correct the booking information with Booking.com — staff only repeated that we were expected to call in advance, which is unreasonable given the confirmed reservation.

During the stay, the child’s comforter was removed, making the room cold at night. We were not informed of breakfast hours at check-in, so we missed breakfast the first morning. When we did attend, breakfast was well below expectations for this type of hotel. There were also no price tags on in-room food items, which is not acceptable.

As a Booking.com Honors Gold member with extensive experience in similar properties, this stay was clearly below standard.

Great location!
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay here with family while visiting the area. Close to restaurants and attractions. Our main goal was to go to Gaylord Texan and this is the perfect location for visiting that during the holidays. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Typical Hampton breakfast but was perfect to start the day. Friendly and helpful staff. Will stay here again next time we are in the area.

Excellent stay
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay here during a business trip – everything was spot on for a productive visit. Kayla at the front desk was incredibly courteous and helpful, going above and beyond to make check-in smooth and answer all my questions with a smile. The location is fantastic, with several good restaurants within easy walking distance – perfect for quick meals without needing a car. They also have a convenient shuttle service to nearby workplaces and offices. Highly recommend!
