Very nice staff just needs some maintenance and housekeeping management, very nice otherwise
Pros:

Location was great, staff was Very nice. Room was nice however closet bars kept falling down and after 2 attempts staff could not repair. Safe didn’t open, house cleaning never showed on designated day and WiFi wouldn’t connect. Little stuff but did affect our stay.

Great hotel but bad Booking.com experience
Cons:

Booking.com failed to pay Hilton or forward my reservation. It took 30 minutes and hard work by the hotel manager to fix this mess caused by Booking.com. Never will use them again.

Early check in
Pros:

I needed to be in Dallas very early Saturday morning, once I dropped my truck, and taking an uber, I arrived at the hotel before 9am. Ms Kianna assisted me in checking in early with total professionalism. I really appreciated her going that extra mile for me and my stay!! Kudos to Ms Kianna in making my stay here a very pleasant experience!! Thank you Kianna!

Pros:

Overall the hotel was an excellent choice for business travel. The coffee was good and always fresh, even in the evening. My only complaint (albeit minor) was finding an empty Gatorade on the floor next to the bed. It’s make you wonder…..

Cons:

Beds too soft. Warm water in hot water container at coffee/tea service bar. Tea not restocked. Room was supposed to be serviced every other day. It was not. Not friendly front check in staff.
