２ベットルームとダイニングキッチン、２バスルーム付きの部屋を３泊４日の宿泊予約しました。　椅子はキッチンの４脚と腰の抜けたソファーが１脚のみで、ベットルームには机も椅子もありませんでした。　バスルームにバスタブはあるもののシャワーと蛇口の切り替えができなかった事と、バスルームの換気口はあるものの換気が悪いのかシャワーを使うと部屋の壁が湿気てベトベトしていた。　シーツの交換は一日置きだそうで、シーツの交換日を逃したため３泊の間のシーツ交換をしてもらえなかった。　ロッカーにハンガーが３本しかなかったので、利用する方は予備のハンガーを持参した方が良いです。　私達は１階の部屋でしたが、上のフロアーは出稼ぎのような労働者の宿泊場所の様でした。

Security deposit was alot and it was very strict

The bathroom shower head is not adjustable, installed wrongly making your bath difficult and stressful. The bathroom dispensers for the bath gel, shampoo and conditioner were not working well. Another struggle while trying to control and manage the shower head.

We didn’t like certain staff of the of its hospitality. Front desk was awesome. Brian and Destiny! Some houseman and general maintenance were just no smiles no politeness and really no hospitality. The biggest disappointment was when we had an incident. On Saturday 11/15/25 mark the date. Morning shift splendid!! Brian knows! But… night shift Jeff and jezamar or however you spell the name… we’re just not hospitable and not of any sort of leisure providing any professionalism to the case. It took destiny to come from front desk to amend the situation and provide a simple first aide something that is trained and given towards hotel stafff yet what should have been within in a few minutes turned into well over 5. That ruined the experience for our guest that were coming over to share the night with familia visiting. Mind you we were frequent customers who loved garden villa for its pleasure and fun and accommodation with a smile and hospitality but as of late it has been on a decline and our last stayed really has driven us to stay away because on top of such a devastating experience we encountered some sort of favoritism. Now we have stayed many times and in my policy it does not state anymore that NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED. It states along these words of being mindful and respectful of others in the property/guests but doesn’t state no music. For jezamar to come to my niece and my sister and demand them to shut off the music because it was too loud? But here is the kicker that drove me birder line enraged I just had to be forced to sleep it off is that my guest had to leave early because no pull no music so we couldn’t home in that moment but yet when I come back about a hour later and it’s now 8:30 we have the whole poolside filled with the H2 workers and the karaoke blasting from their speaker and they are being loud obnoxious and smoking in the non smoking sections yet nothing was done about that?

The entire facility is outdated and feels old. The Wi-Fi in the room was not great and the outlets are limited and inconvenient. There were limited amenities in the room, even though we had 2 bathrooms, the shampoo/condition/body soap containers were empty and it looks like there was a different liquid in the one that had something in it. There were ants when we woke up in the morning. This is probably more suitable for someone looking for an affordable place to stay on a longer term work trip if you don't need good Wi-Fi.

Efficiency - front desk services need to be improved, waiting time for check out should also be improved

It looked old and not in the best shape. Door lock batteries has to be replaced, electronic keys stopped working three times. Multiple WiFi and Cable television problems. WiFi could not be secure.

Lost water for two days and no status of when repairs would be made.
