ประทับใจตั้งแต่พนักงานต้อนรับเช็คอิน ห้องพักสะอาดมาก สวยตรงตามปก การบริการดีมาก ๆ เสียดายได้มาพักแค่คืนเดียว เพราะเรามาพักก่อนจะไปขึ้นเครื่อง มีโอกาสจะกลับมาอีกครั้งแน่นอนค่ะ

Perfect 5 start hotel type stay to feel relaxed and pampered

Aesthetic beautiful, clean and modern.

Cons:

Had to ask for clean towels after 3 days of room being “made up” but not changed over even after I put hem in the corner on the floor next to the door. Husband asked for a pool towel and the attendant just stared at him then slammed down his phone, got up and retrieved one for him (it was night and quiet and we had been in hospital all day and night so needed a refresh) think he wanted to finish his movie before clocking off and was not happy to be disturbed.

This is completely false advertisement on Booking.com. There’s absolutely no beach access. It’s not close to the beach.

The property is clean

Cons:

The property is nowhere near the beach. You have to take a shuttle from a very remote area that is near nothing to get to the beach club. They want you to do this reservation a day in advance and There often times no beds when you get over to the beach club.

A luxury oasis in busy Samui with fantastic spa & yoga
Pros:

We really loved this hotel! The pool is a standout, it wasnt busy and just a great vibe. The spa & yoga add a great touch and means there is so much on offer at the property! The restaurant is also great for breakfast & lunch. The room was really big, it was more of a studio but I loved how open and bright it was.

Cons:

Honestly nothing but if I had to say then maybe a few features of the room felt outdated, the bathroom mainly but it was all clean.

מקום חדש נקי שירות מעל ומעבר צוות מושלם ונגיש לכל שאלה

Cons:

מזגן החדר נותן אווירה קצת ישנה הייתי ממליץ להחליף.
מנהל החדר אוכל יכול להיות יותר סבלני ולא לעמוד לך על הראש מה המספר חדר אנחנו לא גנבים בשביל 2 ביצים קשות
אבל זה שטויות המלון מיוחד מאד
