Personal mal servicio, mal trato, no tienen ni idea de lo que es el servicio al cliente y la educación.
We were supposed to be in a kingsize bed but were put in a room with two double beds that were small so a bit uncomfortable but still overall the hitel was good Excellent breakfast and our grandchildren loved the pool and gym Close to bus stops so the six of us could all travel together easily and cheaply to our next destination

Zona de piscina y jacuzzi sucios dañados sin mantenimiento, no hay personas que atiendan, el gimnasio viejo no tienen agua ni toallas ni desinfectantes
El desayuno buffet muy pobre y poco amable el mesero
La atención de todo el personal es excelente !! Muy atentos y amables, dispuestos a buscar que mi estancia sea lo más placentera posible.

La atención que nos dieron al recibirnos en el Hotel en cuanto llegamos.
El agua en las tasas de los baños no estaban bien, creo que habia muy poca agua o talvez justo en la habitacion que nos hospedamos estaba dañado.

El hotel está demasiado descuidado huele a viejo todo no hay ninguna persona que cuide del spa y si se llama a pedir ayuda no responden nunca, no vi cámaras de seguridad más que en recepción por lo que la verdad puede ser un poco inseguro el ascensor huele mal

Las camas y la piscina .. el gym quise usar al otro dia de hospedar pero estaba cerrado ..
La atención en el desayuno nadie se acercaba atender ... Para la leche caliente o huevos ... Y estaban haciendose como si estuvieran ocupados ... Muy mal esa atención y faltaba comida al siguiente día que subí a desayunar igual era huésped así seamos la única familia..
