Pros:

Large rooms, friendly and helpful staff and excellent food. Lovely quiet location in the countryside close to the lake. Restaurant serves dinner as well as breakfast which is helpful as the hotel is a few minutes drive into Puerto Varas.

Amazing hotel and staff. Highly recommend!
Pros:

We have never been treated this well before! The area is amazing but the best part of the day was coming back to the hotel and relaxing!

Perfect location plus luxurious comfort and care
Pros:

This Boutique Hotel is exceptional in every way, set in lovely gardens with views of the lake, swimming pool and traditional hot tub in the gardens, it’s perfect. The staff go above and beyond to ensure you have all you need, breakfast delightful and dinner superb.

Very disappointing experience
Pros:

The hotel was nothing as advertised and most of the information given is not true, e.g. It is not beach front, There is none private beach and the hot tub is not functional due to it takes 5 hours to reach ~100 degrees (water is heated by burning wood) and continuously pollutes the air creating a hard space for breathing. All of these features were the reasons why my husband and I booked this hotel, but the place didn't provided. We tried to spoke with the hotel owner, but she was rude, didn't listened, and left us speaking alone without any comfort. Very disappointing experience.
