Pros:

子連れだがキングサイズのベッドで3人で寝れました。風呂も大きくトイレもあり防音も最高でアメニティも揃っていて、レンジにポット、冷蔵庫にマッサージチェア。同じ価格の普通のホテルに泊まるより遥かにゆっくりできました。

ファッションホテルのビジネス利用であるため、ホテルのサービスにもいろいろ制限があるのが残念です。
泊まるだけなら風呂もベッドも広いので問題はありません。

perfect hotel for couples
Pros:

The hotel is intended for couples, which may be a unique type of hotel in Japan. The normal procedure for walk-in customers is to select the room yourself on the vending machine in the lobby, collect the key, and then pay for the room using the payment machine in the room (basically self-service throughout). However, as foreign customers who pre-booked our stay, we still needed to fill out a form at the reception and have our passports copied (this is a requirement by the Japanese government). As it’s an adult-only hotel, it’s very discreet in order to protect customers’ privacy. E.g. you can cover your car registration plate using the board provided in the car park (free private parking outside reception). The staff are not always visible, as probably some customers would rather not be seen, but you can always ring the bell for service. The room itself is very spacious and has a few luxuries you wouldn’t normally find in Japanese hotels of the same price range. E.g., there’s a massage chair, king-size bed, fruit machine, variety of toiletries, TV in the bathroom, vibrator, condoms, etc. Most Japanese hotel rooms are tiny, but this is huge. This is the perfect hotel for couples who arrive by car, very good value. We didn't explore the local area around the hotel, so can't comment on this part.

間違ったにもかかわらず…
Pros:

間違って禁煙の部屋を予約してたみたいでした。
出来るのであれば、喫煙の部屋をお願いしたところ、心良く準備していただけました！

チェックイン後も、外出出来る様なので助かります。
仕事後のチェックインで、かなり遅い時間でも対応していただけ、安心です！

Pros:

stayed there 3 nights, next building is a supermarket, Aeon Mall just 500m away too. 1km from Takachaya train station, 500m from bus stop to tsu. interesting neighborhood, first Fine Hotel with real non-smoking rooms!
