Great location and nice place for a getaway, especially if you plan your days out right!
Pros:

Location in the middle of everything which was perfect for our getaway! Quite until they decided to pressure the building.

Cons:

Parking lot was dark and our bathroom had signs of mold… mainly due to poor ventilation.

Disappointing
Pros:

Disappointed. We have stayed at several Hampton Inns, in other states. This trip was such a Disappointment. The Hotel seemed to be a little outdated, and not as clean as other Hampton Inns. Dust in and on the Drawer ledges. The tile floor by the sink, and toilet area, was slippery. My rubber bottomed shoes were sliding on the floor, like it may have had an oily film. I thought it must have been what the floor was cleaned with. We walked outside to the pool area, another Disappointment. When I booked this Hotel, I wanted an outside pool, with an area to sit and relax in the Sunshine. The photos appeared to be inviting, what we saw, was not. The pool needed a good skimming of leaves. The whole outside area of this Hotel looked as if it were not cared for. Unlike the other Hampton Inns we have stayed at, those grounds were meticulous. Our first night, we discovered the bed frame (platform) was broken, and made horrendous noise each time we moved in bed. The next morning we discovered a dirty towel, hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Upon that discovery, we went to the front desk, informed them of our concerns. The front desk clerk after discussing our issue with her Supervisor, was quick to put us in a different room. Thankfully that room was cleaner. We did note a private pool cleaning company came one morning, As anyone with a pool knows a daily skimming of debris is part of pool maintenance. Disappointing stay, it may be our last one with Hampton Inn.

Ok, but definitely didn’t feel like a staycation with the many maintenance issues during our short stay.
Pros:

Friendly staff and decent breakfast.

Cons:

Housekeeping didn’t make it to our room, plumbing issues, lights were being worked on and elevator was broken.
