Pros:

This hotels was absolutely lovley and very convenient for us as a family. We booked a smaller apartment as we like to be able to cook.
All the necessities were there and it was very comfortable.

One small thing is that we needed to ask for extra cleaning and this at a cost. We hade wished that cleaning would had been included as we stayed for 5 nights.
Other than that, we were very pleased with this hotel.

We arrived 00:15. Front desk was still staffed (apparently 24/7). Street parking was the main isdue with the hotel apprarently being near full and it being late.

Residence molto pulito e in buona posizione vicino alle spiagge più belle.
Nelle vicinanze ci sono anche dei supermercati e locali per cenare.
Noi a metà giugno abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare parcheggio davanti al residence la sera comunque nelle vie vicine posto lo abbiamo sempre trovato.
Forse l'unica cosa non proprio positiva è l'assenza del wifi nelle case (è comunque presente nella reception) e la scarsa linea per i cellulari.

Einfach, aber sehr gepflegt und groß. Zum Strand sind es 15 min zu Fuß. Reichhaltiges Frühstück.
Einige Restaurants um die Ecke.

Residence molto bello, nelle vicinanze hai supermercati, pizzerie, ristoranti. Posizione ideale per poter visitare tutta la zona piena di spiagge spettacolari. Camera pulita e bella. Consiglio vivamente

Ottima pulizia, la scelta di posizionare la cucina sul terrazzo non è ottimate, fa molto caldo e non hai spazio sul balcone per stendere. Nelle stanze è impossibile connettersi a internet con il proprio telefono e non c’è Wi-Fi

Belle le camere ma manca tutto il resto
Pros:

Camere grandi, confortevoli e pulite, dotate di condizionamento efficiente. Le cucine sono però sul balcone dove il condizionamento non è presente. Colazione inclusa abbondante e conveniente. Il voto è solo sufficiente però, perchè mancano tutti i servizi extra: no parcheggio privato, no bar, no ristorante, no lavatrici, no piscina, no docce esterne, no wi-fi in camera, no TV in camera (c'è ma non si vede manco Rai1). Non capisco proprio come faccia a definirsi un residence 4 stelle se mancano tutti i servizi accessori.
