Wszystko w porządku, tylko przydałyby się wskazówki mailem/smsem jak dokładnie dotrzeć do apartamentu.

Not bad, but no information that we have to call before our arrival, so once on the spot, nobody was there and I had to wait for the keys! Then the appartment was really nice but some curtains was missing so, as it was on the first floor, all the people in the street had a direct view in the appartment...

Everything was fine. Just elevator didn't work so it wasn't easy with bags but apart from that I can recommend it.

Nice and modern apartments, it's comfortable and spacious

I arrived in Warsaw and was forced to wait until 3PM to check in. The address was not as advertised and had to get assistance from a local café' to call owner. Upon meeting with owner, I was taken to an apartment that did not match any of the photos on Orbitz!!. It was bare inside, not even close to what I expected. Had to request cooking pots and pans. Do not expect to entertain guests for dinner unless you plan to buy or bring cooking utensils. Only a mini refridgerator, seating and table for 2, no seating for balcony, broken kitchen faucet, toilet water ran constantly after use. The private garage parking was nice since street parking is next to impossible.

The room was perfect. We had issue with our phone working; it would have been helpful if there had been an easier way to contact staff & check in. We've stayed at other places and found that eMail and access codes have worked out best.

Key delivery arranged quickly. Great apartment with a private parking spot inside the garage. Only thing missing was dish detergent to wash the dishes.

Apartment was fine, however it was described as a hotel. There was no identifying sign outside and no hotel desk. It took 2 international phone calls to get a person to come down and let us in.

Lägenheten var relativt ren, men det saknades en del i köket och alla bestick/köksredskap var vi tvungna rengöra innan användning.

Osiedle, w pełni chronione, posiada plac zabaw. Spokój i cisza. Duży balkon to dodatkowy plus.

We had many problems with this accommodation. Very difficult to find their office. Needed to ring and meet at a shop. Then they said there was no room for us and they had organised another room somewhere else. We needed the washer/ dryer and they could not guarentee one was available at alternative. So we had one night there and then one night elsewhere. Unfortunately the washer/dryer was only a washer. Overall, they were very disorganised and the website was not an accurate description.

Just to make it clear, this is not a hotel. It's an apartment for rent. Located fairly close to the airport, but about 11km (7 miles) from downtown. Nice brand-new apartment complex, clean, Wi-Fi, cable TV, restaurant in the same building. Host is kind and helpful.
