Highly recommended close to the aorport
Pros:

Spaciousness, spa, big tv, karaoke and food.

Cons:

Couldn’t work out how to use the karaoke, Netflix made the tv make a weird noise, in fact all of those apps did.

Thank you for processing the refund for one of our recent bookings at this accommodation — we appreciate your assistance with that.
However, I have struggled to find anywhere to complain again re the second booking that we made for the property where we did not stay. Upon entering the room, we found it to be in an unacceptable and unsanitary condition, including visible semen and black hairs on the bed linen. Due to the condition of the room, we were not comfortable staying and chose to leave immediately.
There was a significant language barrier which made it difficult to clearly explain the issue to the property at the time. As it was approximately 10:30pm, we prioritised finding alternative accommodation as quickly as possible.
Given the circumstances, we are requesting a full refund for this booking as well.

有りっちゃ有り。
Pros:

ラブホテルの形態だけに、部屋が広くてベッドは大きく風呂も大きくアメニティが充実している。

Cons:

空港に近いとはいえ周辺に店が無い。朝方ドタドタうるさくてゆっくり寝れなかった。

It was a beautiful hotel but I booked it needing a place to stay near the airport and the price was right.

Cons:

Tho it does say children of all ages are welcomed we did not know it was a love hotel and the Amenities werent kid friendly they were just out in the open. It should at least mention that it is a love hotel.

Not suitable for families so had to leave and stay somewhere else
Pros:

This is a love hotel that comes with plastic sheets, porn, sex toys, lube and condoms. If this is what you’re looking for, it’s a good hotel.

Cons:

If you are looking for somewhere close to the airport for an early morning flight with your kids it is not ok. Booking.com do not have this advertised as a sex hotel. While I was carrying the suitcases in my 6 year old picked up a vibrator that was next to the bed. We then had to find another hotel for that night.

When I booked I put in my 3 children’s ages, they were with me at check in and at no point did anyone say that it wouldn’t be suitable for children. It’s disgusting that there is no warning or notification and that unknowing families can book in with their children.

Great value (Love hotel)
Pros:

Although Initially I didn't realize I was arriving to a love hotel, I really enjoyed the experience. Large (very very large) rooms, very large bed (the mattress was quite hard, exactly my taste), massage chair, Jacuzzi in the bathroom, tea/coffee, small refrigerator you can use, large (very very large) TV, a nice selection of movies. Being a love hotel - Not missing adult toys, movies etc. And great value with the low room price. Most recommended for couples (without children!).

Cons:

Not very close to any metro stations. A 15 min. walk from Itami Airport.

Unusual amazing stay
Pros:

First time in a love hotel. We have never received so many amenities , grooming products, big bath tube , huge room, massage chair and so much more :)))
