4e ster inleveren als de kwaliteit niet snel verbetert!
Pros:

Hotel op een prima locatie om Terceira te ontdekken. Personeel is daarbij heel erg behulpzaam.

Cons:

Het ontbijt is bijzonder matig is voor een een 4-sterren hotel. Hetzelfde geldt voor de kamer, die weliswaar ruim is maar kwalitatief onder de maat. De airco en de kluis werken niet; ook is een van de bedlampjes kapot. De badkamer is aan een opknapbeurt toe: de verlichting is defect, er zitten roestplekken in het bad, waaraan je je voeten bezeert en de bovenkant van de pedaalemmer zit vol roest.
Direct na aankomst een paar van de mankementen gemeld bij de receptie, die voor herstel zou zorgen. Bij vertrek na de 4e nacht was de situatie onveranderd. Een 4-sterren hotel onwaardig.

Die Lage, es war relativ ruhig und das Bett angenehm gross.

Cons:

Wegen überbuchung gab es anfangs kein Zimmer für uns. Nach längeren hin und her fand man dann doch eins. Das Hotel macht ein ausgelaugten Eindruck, warm wasser gab es nicht immer, Leuchten flackern, Handtücher sind verschlissen

- Super Lage direkt am Strand.
- Schöner Ausblick vom Balkon aufs Meer
- Freundliches und sehr hilfsbereites Personal

Cons:

- Zimmer nicht sauber (alte Socke und leere Flasche unter dem Bett)
- Zimmer für 2 anstatt 4 Gäste vorbereitet.
- Inexistente Ausstattung der Küche (1 Gabel, 10 Messer, 2 Gläser, kein Bürste oder Spülmittel in einem 4-Personen-Zimmer)
- Hälfte der Lampen funktionierte nicht.
- Mittelmässiges Frühstück, wenig Auswahl.
- Insgesamt wirkte das Hotel schlecht unterhalten.

We travel to the Azores often and have booked this hotel three times this year alone for ourselves, our children, and their friends. It is truly top-notch! From the incredibly hospitable staff and delicious breakfast to the perfect central location and beautiful sandy beach just steps away, everything is wonderful.

The staff consistently goes above and beyond and always treats us with exceptional service. We feel welcomed every time we stay.

We will definitely be back! ❤️
