Pros:

Il s'agit en réalité d’un "love hôtel", ce qui n’était pas clairement précisé dans la description.
Les chambres sentent fortement la fumée et sont manifestement décorées et équipées pour être louées à l’heure. Ne recherchant pas ce type d’établissement, j’ai trouvé la situation très gênante et inappropriée. Il aurait été important que cette information soit clairement mentionnée dans la description, afin d’éviter tout malentendu.

Es war hervorragend!
Das Personal war sehr freundlich aber konnten leider kein English.
Ansonsten war alles top. Wir hatten ein sehr gepflegtes Zimmer mit voller Ausstattung.
10 Min zu Fuss vom Bahnhof entfernt.

Pros:

ロケーションは抜群。堂山の飲み屋街にあるので夜に徘徊するにはもってこいの場所にあります。ラブホなので部屋とお風呂が広く、ゆったりできます。
すぐ近くにコンビニもあって便利でした。

アメニティも充実していて、車での旅行だったので駐車場の料金がかからないのでとても良かった！食事をするのにも繁華街が近かったので、梯子出来ました。

初めて宿泊してみて
Pros:

場所は少し分かりづらい所にありました。
部屋は清潔感あり冷蔵庫の中に、水とお菓子が置いてありました。
アメニティも種類が沢山あり逆に使わない物が沢山出るくらいでした。
部屋に両替機が置いてあったり、部屋のテレビで映画を見れたりカラオケも出来たり、食事の注文も出来ました。
食事はメンバーなら無料で注文出来てメニューも豊富にありましたが、メンバーじゃなかったら食事は４８０円の有料でメニューも質素でした。
朝、外出するため部屋を出ようとしたら、遠隔操作で鍵がかけられて部屋から出られませんでした。
フロントに電話をしたら、有料の注文があればフロントに電話をしてお金を払う意思を伝えないと部屋から出られない仕組みになっていたそうです。
そう言ったシステムなら、チェックインした時に説明をしてほしかったです。
今回の宿泊、それが唯一のマイナスだと感じた所でした。

Not your typical hotel, but rather a “Japanese love hotel.” Actual room was not as depicted in listing. Room was okay but not as luxurious as shown. Breakfast was lousy. Close to major train statione and restaurants. Probably would not stay here again.

파인가든 우메다는 호불호가 갈림
Pros:

서비스는 굉장이 훌륭하나 방에 담배냄새가 배어 있어서 냄새에 예민하신 분은 숙박하기 어렵습니다.
또한 주변에 유흥업소가 많고 큰 길에서 떨어져 있어서 여자분들께는 비추입니다. 방이 넓고, 가격도 합리적이고 어메너티도 모두 다 갖추어져 있고 큰 월풀욕조와 마사지 의자 등이 있습니다. 영어로 소통이 안되기 때문에 번역기가 꼭 필요합니다.
