Pros:

Place was disgusting. Was full of dust. Was definitely not cleaned before giving us a room. There was evidence of male ejaculation on the side of the bed and the room had cockroaches. The water in the bathroom also doesn't stay hot. Super difficult to get around without a car . Would not go here they should take this off Expedia.

京都近辺で当日宿泊しなければならなくなり、色々なサイトを見ながらなるべく安いホテルを探していたところ、当該ホテルにたどり着き、予約させて頂きました。
よく確認しなかった自分たちが全面的に悪いのですが、予約確認の返信通知をみてビックリ。
俗にいう、ラ〇ホテルでしたが、ま～施設自体はバストイレ別ですし、バスは広いし、アメニティもビジネスホテルに比べて段違いにいいですし、寝るだけで２人で通常２万円位（普通のホテルでだともっとする部屋）が１万円以内で泊まれたことを考えると、ある意味お得だったかも。
ただ、夫婦、カップルの２人限定とかでないと、色んな障害があるので、注意は必要です。

テレビ50インチ、アメニティーの中フェースパック、ローションもあり、設備の中ドライヤー以外にウェーブ巻きもあり、ジェットバスタブにテレビ付き、ベッド横2メートル、ビジネスホテル所か、観光ホテルの中でも、設備万全です。唯一窓から眺めは良くない

らライフラインが…
Pros:

ラブホテルの中ではかなり綺麗にしてると入室時間思った。しかし、シャワー・風呂がお湯にならない、部屋の電気がベットの上だけ消えない、水が下水臭いなど掃除はしててもライフラインのメンテナンスが×。受付に電話しても中々出ないことばかりで、対応としてわからない・社員ではないのでと謝られる。
部屋を綺麗にしてくれていた分、マイナスになると評価がグッと下がりました。

フロントのスタッフさんも素早く対応して下さいました。シーツが少し埃っぽかったのが残念です。
