Cozy, friendly hotel with everything you need
Pros:

This is the 4th year in a row I’ve stayed here. The staff are very warm and friendly. Rooms are clean and cozy. A delicious breakfast included (from 6am until 9am weekdays and 10am on weekends) and can do free laundry. There is a nice shopping mall within walking distance. A great home base for travelers in Hanoi.

Good accommodation for a small price with friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

The staff is really helpful and friendly. Anytime I had a problem they helped me immediately. Communication was very easy with them in English. Arranging transfer from and to the airport was really easy.

Cons:

The breakfast could provide a little bit more variety of options

I'm happy with my stay!
Pros:

Clean, comfortable stay, staffs friendly & helpful. Room is good size, food is average. Hotel's internal and external looks presentable. Like most is the B2 restaurant. Used to be western restaurant but now is a Japanese restaurant. Good dinning experience.
