Don’t stay here, seriously
Pros:

The toilet in our suite

Cons:

Our experience at this property was extremely disappointing, particularly given that we stayed in the Royal Suite, which is advertised as the finest accommodation the property offers.

The property is severely outdated and in need of significant maintenance. While we could have overlooked its age, cleanliness was unacceptable. There was visible mold throughout our suite, which raised serious concerns about hygiene and the overall condition of the accommodation.

Security was another major concern. There appeared to be no meaningful security measures in place, allowing people to walk in directly from the street and access the guest room areas without restriction.

The lack of soundproofing made it nearly impossible to get a restful night's sleep.

The most disturbing incident occurred on our final morning, when a completely naked woman attempted to enter our suite, loudly rattling the door handle. She appeared to be on drugs. We reported the incident to the front desk, where staff reviewed the security footage and laughed. This response was deeply unprofessional and demonstrated a concerning lack of seriousness regarding guest safety and privacy.

Overall, this property falls well below acceptable standards for cleanliness, maintenance, security, and customer service. The condition of the suite, repeated sleep disruptions, serious security concerns, and dismissive response from management made this an extremely unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this property, even its highest-category suite, until these issues are properly addressed.

el plato en sí estaba bien

Cons:

cada dia era el mismo plato durante dos semanas, dejamos de tomarlo y no nos han devuelto el dinero. Falta de comunicacion y respuestas para checkin, facturas etc.

comfortable bed, all good
Pros:

Overall good, they provide with all the necessities, facilities clean, room looks nice, they also provide bath robes which is good. Our room was a little bit tight if you have big suitcases, but we managed. Another plus was we could watch the football match between korea and south Africa hahah, good time.

Cons:

We had issues controlling light and the AC.

悪くはないが、高い
Pros:

・空港リムジンバスの停留所が近い
・セブンイレブンが近い
・フロントの所に、ワウパスに入金できる機械があった
・靴を脱いで部屋に上がれるのでくつろげる

Cons:

・ライブハウスが近いのか、夜遅くまで大きな音で音楽が聞こえてきた
・朝食が値段の割にイマイチだった
・鏡が洗面所にしか無く、照明が明るくないのでメイクする時困った
