Location is very good
Owner should put more effort to maintaining the property especially shower area
No wifi in the room, hard to find location, requested to walk with the bare feet in house, mattress is very hard, pillow is very hard and wore off,wc is like tiny box.The boss got angry when I asked for receipt .
We did not stay in Golden Star Hotel as i booked because they moved our booking to next door of the Golden Hotel as we came for checking, it was too late to do something and we had no choice ! The Golden hotel told us they were fully booked ! If you were us ! Would you be happy with that????? Please lets us know????
We did not stay in the Golden Star hotel so we knew nothing about this hotel!!! They moved us to next door in the last minutes! Because of fully booked Golden Hotel!!!
Friendly staff nice and clean hotel
Location is in the walking street. During the night will hear the music from the restaurant next to the hotel until almost midnight
Awesome location, particularly on Friday and Saturday nights when the streets close to vehicles.
Showers, very little water
In a quiet area. Shop around. Pedestrian area during weekends. Receptionists Ms Tran and Ms Linh were very receptive and helped me with taxi Grab.
The light on top of the mirror was half damaged making shaving difficult. I did mention same but nothing was done despite a stay of 8 days. However this is a normal attitude in Vietnam hotels.
