This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Cagayan de Oro. Amenities are very high standard. Food is amazing. Staff are great!!!

Breakfast was always a pleasure. Great selection of viands. Service beyond par.

The service especially in the cafeteria was impeccable. Carlito, Joanne and the rest of the team were very attentive and thoughtful making the experience memorable.

Overall experience is excellent! The staff are hospitable and it makes you to come back to the hotel since they give a calm and welcome impression.

Staff from Reception to restaurant - specially Carlito to the guards are very friendly and warm.

We love their newly renovated rooms. The breakfast buffet is very good and the service of their staff are excellent. Shout out to Sir Carlito, for being so attentive and accommodating during our breakfast experience.

We are very disappointed with our recent stay.

From the time of booking, there was already a loss of patience on the first day due to the way our concerns were handled. Upon check-out, your front office staff repeatedly called us regarding the remaining balance, but the situation was not handled properly.

After check-out, we were already busy, yet we continued receiving multiple calls, which was very frustrating and unprofessional.

Because of this experience, we cannot recommend your hotel. We hope you improve your customer service, especially in handling guest concerns and payment follow-ups.

This hotel was my favorite in our trip to the Philippines. It is in the heart of CDO adjacent to Centrio mall in case you need anything. The rooms were clean from the beginning and the beds were made every day. Also the room was each day supplied with water, tea and coffee. The bathroom had plenty of soap, shower gel, conditioner and shampoo - all with great scents.
The room even provided a clothes steamer and not only a hair dryer. One negative was one of our rooms was connected to another room by a locked door meaning the neighboor's talkning and television could be heard. The other room, we also had, did not have a locked door and were silent in general.
The breakfast is one of the biggest reasons it was my favorite. The preparation and taste of food was the best in our trip. There was filipino food, salad station, noodle station, egg/bacon station and filipino deserts. Behind the food counter, chefs can even prepare your egg to your liking. All of it tasted great.
The pools are clean and the gym just works even it is a bit small.
All the personal were friendly and helpful. There was just one minor misunderstanding with the hotel transfer service at checkout leading to the vehicle booked was too small. We could just about fit uncomfortably with all our luggage. That said, the airport transfer service at check-in went smoothly as it was a van vehicle, and planned with many passengers in mind.
Despite the few negatives, I had the best overall experience in Seda Centrio for the money compared to the 3 other hotels/resorts in our trip.
