The access lounge was wonderful

I love this place if they had a whole month to rent I would’ve spent the cash, they are beyond professional and they made my whole experience phenomenal. My first time in Cagayan de oro and I felt like I was home. The view was great and the room felt like I was at a higher end hotel. I also say they were remodeling and it looks great. Janine went above and beyond for me. I would recommend this place 10/10.

My parents loved their stay and happy with the buffet breakfast.

The hotel and restaurant has a very relaxing and welcoming atmosphere with very accommodating staff. The service was excellent and swift and the staff are very quick to comply with requests (if any).

Our stay at Seda Centrio was nothing short of exceptional. This has been our go-to hotel whenever we visit CDO, and it never disappoints. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The room was beautifully maintained, clean, modern, and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day.

What truly made the experience stand out was the staff. Every team member we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. You can really feel that they care about their guests, and that level of service makes all the difference.

The food was another highlight; delicious, well-prepared, and with a great variety. Whether it was breakfast or dining throughout the day, everything was consistently satisfying.

A very special mention goes to ARRON from the Executive Lounge. His service was outstanding! He's very friendly, proactive, and always going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. He truly elevated our experience and reflects the hotel’s commitment to excellent hospitality. He absolutely deserves recognition for how great he is at what he does.

Overall, I loved everything about this hotel, from the rooms to the service. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cagayan de Oro.

Perfect hotel for business trips. Seda Centrio offers reliable Wi-Fi, a quiet environment, and easy access to key areas in the city. The staff were professional and efficient, and the facilities met all my needs for a productive stay.

I had a very good experience at Seda Centrio. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The servers at the Dining Hall were all courteous. I appreciated Jeffrey who made sure to ask me how my stay and experience was at the hotel. He showed exemplary customer service.

It is my third time staying here.It’s amazing every time..It’s always clean,beautiful and the staff are super friendly.We had Mike as our server several times and did great.

Best breakfast buffet in town.. try looking for carlito and he will entertain and walk you through.

Everybody from porter, room service, check ins and check outs are the respectful people in these facility. Most of all the dining staff like Carlito. Cleanliness and coordination is a must. Next to the mall. I will highly recommend this hotel.
