Pros:

The hotel is very close to Al Haram, which is very convenient. The beds were clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful, and their service was excellent. The buffet was also very good with a good variety of food.

Cons:

The room was quite small. The pillows were not comfortable. The bathroom was very dirty and had a bad smell. There was hair and dirt in the bathroom. I did not notice proper cleaning or sanitising. The bed sheets were also not changed during our stay.

وأيضا الدخول والخروج صعب، والتكاسي بعيدة عن البوابة، لا بد أن تمشي بالحقائب في السوق التجاري
