Pros:

Hotel is well located, in a street with plenty of bars, shops and restaurants. The swimming pool is nice, but much smaller in reality than it looks on the photos. Almost no chairs or loungers at the pool. The rooms had the comfort as described, though very strange looking design, quite old. We had a balcony, but with a full wall in front, so not something you can use.
Breakfast is buffer with a large range of options with Western and local dishes. Egg station as well. Staff was very friendly and helpfull.

Cons:

This hotel needs an update overall and is clearly not meeting Western standards. We were the only Western customer in the hotel (coïncidence or not). It was "OK" for one night of transit, but that's it. Next time, I'll try something else.
