Great location amazing stay overall
Pros:

Central location, very comfortable room and delicious breakfast. We were always greeted cheerfully by a wonderful Giselda from Portugal, who was always ready to help. The reception team was also very accommodating. Overall, very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend.

Flott hotell, god beliggenhet med gangavstand 7-8 min ned til sentrum. Fin park som del av naturlig gangretning. Umiddelbar nærhet til togstasjon og en hovedvei på den siden. Utsikt til nedre del av byen på den andre. Havna med hurtigbåter også i gangavstand.

Hyggelige og fleksibelt personale. God mat og serveringsområde, inklusive kveldsbuffe tilgjengelig som ekstra.

Flott opphold og en by lett å komme seg rundt i og fra. Sjarmerende bymiljø med blanding av gammelt og nytt og historisk interessant og med utsiktspunkt fra nærliggende fjell Ulriken med turbuss-befraktning tilgjengelig fra sentrum. Det samme angående båttur fra hurtigbåthavna.
Et flott sted å oppleve Bergen by fra.

Kjekke folk som jobbe der, vise omtanke, yte god service.

Cons:

Trist att ikkje resturangen i 13 etasje ikkje open. Trekke ned, må ned i sentrum får få ein betre middag. Frukost bør vera med i døgnprisen. Blitt dyr døgnpris. Før vart rommene sjekka kvar dag, no må be om det ??.

We were given a room facing inside of the building. Our time in the room was spent in darkness because we couldn’t open the black-out curtains for privacy reason. Illumination inside the room was not sufficient. There was no safe in the room.
