Luxurious resort with attentive staff.
Pros:

The hotel was perfect. On checking in we were given an automatic upgrade on rooms. The room itself overlooked the pool and was modem, quiet , clean and comfortable.
We had an issue with the TV and straight away were offered another upgrade free of charge to apologise. We declined as we were there for only one night so the hotel then offered us a free dinner at the buffet onsite, which itself is €50 pp.
I cannot fault the customer service of the hotel. The staff are attentive and extremely welcoming.

There are little touches that make this hotel a five star, water given on arrival, fresh flowers given in arrival, valet parking so no need to worry about luggage.

The pool area was clean and again very pleasant. There is waiter service to your subbed using an app.

The buffer in the evening was very enjoyable, freshly cooked meat on request, a fabulous salad bar and a fine selection of deserts.

I recommend this hotel if you require a hotel of high standards in a quiet area away from hustle and bustle of the more popular resorts.

Quiet, calm and elegant

5 star experience all the way
Pros:

I normally don’t write reviews but I can’t rave enough about this hotel. We have travelled with our family (two kids now aged 12 and 15) to many places and 5 star/luxury hotels and this is by far one of our favourites. The location is fantastic with the beautiful beach just next door, and since the beach was so nice we didn’t feel the need to visit other beaches but stayed at the hotel. The hotel itself manages to combine luxury but also coziness which makes for a very familiar and relaxed atmosphere. The staff were amazing, very attentive (remembering the room number after the first order) and kept all spaces spotless and fresh. Food was also great although we didn’t try the upper end restaurants but kept to the bar and buffet menus, but they very muck lived up to and exceeded our expectations. Will definitely come back!

Great stay overall

Cons:

The food and drink options delivered to the rented chairs and sun beds. Shortage of drinks and when drinks were ordered it didn’t arrive from the restaurant .

Wohlfühlhotel mit super Strand
Pros:

Extrem freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten, die den Aufenthalt besonders machen. Blumen und Getränk zum Empfang, Gute-Nachtdienst, Wein 🍷 und Geschenk 🎁 auf dem Zimmer, Erfrischung wenn man vom Strand kommt und eine Einladung zum Portwein am letzten Abend.
Das Essen der Halbpension war super. Wir brauchten kein Spezialitätenrestaurant on top.

Cons:

Zu wenige Sonnenschirme für die Anzahl der Liegen.
