Wir kommen wieder, der Gesamteindruck war einfach zu gut.
Pros:

Gutes und breit aufgestelltes Frühstücksbuffet ohne dass es nach Übermass aussah (Stichwort Nachhaltigkeit), man konnte jeden Tag etwas anderes essen, das gefällt uns. Einzig die Eigenheit, dass man für jede Tassee Kaffe nachfragen musste, war nicht so der Hit. Grosses Bett, sehr gute Matratzen, viel Platz im Zimmer - und ruhige Zimmer, vielen Dank. Wenig Umgebungslärm, gut eingebettete Anlage in den eigenen Park. Naher Zugang zum Falesia-Strand, gute Möglichkeiten für Spaziergänge, wir fühlten uns insgesamt sehr wohl hier.

Cons:

Sauna wenig überzeugend und zu wenig Liegen trotz Bezahlung der Sauna. Einzel-Preise in Restaurant und Bars typisch hotelmässig zu hoch, schade um den sonst sehr guten Eindruck den wir hatten. Wirklich nervig waren die Firmen-Events die immer wieder stattfanden (3x in 9 Tagen), dann waren plötzlich ganze Poolbereiche für bis zu zwei Tage komplett gesperrt für die Gäste, so was geht gar nicht, dafür bezahlt man nicht diese Preise...

Ótima para famílias
Pros:

Funcionários prestáveis, áreas exteriores muito agradáveis e atividades infantis muito divertidas

Cons:

A piscina esteve suja de papel e a equipa demorou algum tempo a fazer a limpeza. Mas os funcionários foram super prestáveis e compensaram a nossa estadia com vouchers para o spa.

Angenehmes Hotel das gut gelegen in strandnähe liegt
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und qualitativ sehr gut

Cons:

Der Poolbereich wirkt abgenutzt und die Kunststoff Bodenpanele wirken sehr in die Jahre gekommen (krumm und schief). Poolebereich allgemein wirkt nicht sehr einladend und veraltet. Verkabelung sieht an vielen Orten unfertig aus. Es liegen Kabel lose herum und Elektrokasten beim Hauptausgang zum Poolbereich liegt einfach in der Ecke. Die Kunststoff Rolladen im Aussenbereich Frühstück sind teilweise zerrissen und müssten dringend erneuert werden.

Pros:

De hulpvaardigheid en oprechte vriendelijkheid van alle medewerkers. Luxe hotel maar heel relaxt en laid back cultuur. Ben je vriendelijk en aardig voor Portugese mensen dan krijg je daar heel veel voor terug ook in dit hotel. Verder is hett ontbijt is op top niveau en is er een heel goed sushi restaurant Uddo en een gourmet restaurant Al Quimia op michelin niveau.

Lage war fantstisch. Personal durchgängig extrem freundlich

Cons:

Gastroangebot war wegen der Jahreszeit eingeschränkt.
Z.T. Personal übereifrig. Tischgedeck wurde zu früh abgeräumt.
Im Zimmer waren Dusche und WC Vollverglast. Daher keine Privatsphäre

Luxurious stay with plenty of things to do and lots of things for a 4 year old to enjoy too
Pros:

The property was exceptional and plenty of things to do in and around the complex. It is very well maintained and it’s a fantastic resort

Cons:

I couldn’t fault anything

My only thing I would say is that the suite we stayed in could have done with a small dinner table

Also, the small freezer, the latch was broken so it didn’t click shut, also the tablet holder on the dishwasher was broken also so we had to put the tablet into the bottom of the dishwasher instead.

Besides that I would say we will be returning again soon to enjoy.

Perfect Solo Gateway
Pros:

I stayed here solo for 3 days and had an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly attentive and fulfilled every request with great care. The food was delicious, and my room was beautiful and very comfortable.

The beach is stunning and easily accessible, perfect for relaxing. The indoor pool and gym were always clean and well-equipped. I also loved the option to join yoga classes.

Overall, a perfect place for a relaxing solo trip. I would definitely come back!
