Byliśmy w tym hotelu po raz drugi. Za pierwszym razem we wrześniu 2024 było wręcz idealnie, bajecznie, epicko. Wtedy dałam 10/10. Hotel poleciłam także wielu przyjaciołom. Hotel jest cichy, elegancki, luksusowy. Duży atut to podgrzewany basen zewnętrzny. Nielimitowane ręczniki plażowe, które można wymieniać kiedy się chce to także wielki atut. Śniadania bardzo smaczne. Pokoje duże i czyste.
Niestety w tym roku widać spadek jakości. Zwłaszcza basen prosi się o remont. Odpadnięte płytki, wyskrobane czarne fugi.... W pokoju nie jest uzupełniana woda w butelkach, wcześniej ręczniki w pokoju wymieniane były dwa razy dziennie teraz już tylko raz. Obsługa choć bardzo kulturalna tak naprawdę nie była pomocna. Nie było możliwości zmiany pokoju ani przedłużenia pobytu nawet o 1 godzinę (!). Czy wrócimy? Nie wiem....
The property was really lovely - the location is beautiful. The interior of the property is wonderful. The staff were very friendly and professional - unlike a very well known nearby hotel.
The ONLY thing we didn’t like about the property was the fact that you have to pay for sunbeds on the beach and that there are no facilities on the beach (changing or toilets).
Our stay was beyond our expectations. The food was amazing, our room was spacious, the beach was one of the kind, the staff was always very helpful.
Everything was perfect, no negative feedback at all.
We stayed here on our honeymoon and it was excellent from the moment we walked in. The lobby is grand, spotless and genuinely impressive — it feels like a five star property immediately, and the rest of the stay lived up to it.
Check-in was handled by a guest relations team who were professional and warm. Our room had been marked as ready, but they asked us for a little more time because they were setting up a honeymoon surprise, and pointed us to the facilities in the meantime. When we got in, there were fresh pastries, chocolates and a bottle of sparkling wine waiting. They congratulated us properly. It's a small thing, but it makes the difference.
The room itself is large and immaculate, with a huge balcony, a bathtub and one of the more comfortable beds we've slept in. Housekeeping were quick and refreshed the room whenever we asked. Fresh water in the room each morning and a proper turndown service in the evening.
There is a good choice of restaurants on site, including Japanese and Italian. Two pools, one of them adults-oriented with chilled music playing, and the vibe there is very relaxed. The beach is reachable directly from the hotel down a flight of steps.
The staff throughout are the real strength here — genuinely five star.
Overall a very good stay, and we'd happily book another EPIC SANA elsewhere.
Breakfast is the one area with room to improve. The quality is good and there is real coffee service at the table, which too many hotels have given up on — but the spread doesn't change much across a longer stay and starts to feel repetitive. The paste de nata, however, are outstanding.
One criticism: spa access costs a supplement. At this price point and this standard, that should be included in the nightly rate.
Fui surpreendida de uma forma amável com um gesto de aniversário no quarto, e durante toda a estadia fomos sempre bem recebidos com gestos que agradam qualquer hóspede. Um especial agradecimento aos funcionários do bar da piscina principalmente ,Tomás Rosas, pela dedicação que proporcionaram durante a mesma.

Het ontbijt was zeer goed, al was het aanbod aan brood eerder beperkt in vergelijking met alle andere producten. De locatie was zeer goed, dicht bij het strand en verschillende restaurants in de buurt. Ondanks de vele toeristen een heel rustig verblijf gehad.
De prijs/kwaliteit van het eten in het hotel was naar mijn mening te duur.
A estação de ovos é sem dúvida uma mais-valia e a variedade de opções, é sem dúvida uma boa experiência. Serviço sempre muito eficiente e que procura satisfazer.
A qualidade do café pode melhorar, qualidade do pão também que podem funcionar como diferenciadores na qualidade que apresentam na totalidade conforme referi.

Leider ist das Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, nicht passend zum 5-Sterne Niveau Essen ok. Preis / Leistung passen hier leider nicht zusammen.
