Exceptional, as usual
Pros:

We really liked the buffet and the staff was always very polite and nice.

Cons:

The brunch buffet used to have kids-friendly options (pasta with tomato, burgers, pizza, nuggets,...) that made paying for it a no brainer. This time, the options for children were much fewer (if any, other than white rice!)

Pros:

This is a wonderful hotel, one of the very best on the Algarve. Our experience started a little wrong footed as we expected a 14.00 check in but we were told our room would not be ready until 16.00? Why you may ask, well we were upgraded to a suite which is not in the main hotel building. However when we made it clear we wanted to be in the main building everything was sorted by the wonderful Anastacia Braga. Our seaview room was amazing, with the most thoughtful design touches, plenty of storage, great lighting for my wife to do her makeup and a great nightlight. There is a lovely adult only pool, plenty of of grounds and direct access to the cliff top access to the beach. Great food at lunchtime and super cocktails in the evening. All in all our favourite hotel on the Algarve and we look forward to returning next year.

Wonderful find in Algarve
Pros:

Outstanding location, facilities, restaurants, private beach access. Staff were amazing, very friendly and attentive!

Cons:

Struggle to find fault with this property but if there’s one thing I would say needs improved is the service around the pool deck - often had to go looking for staff to order

Brilliant staff and beautiful family hotel
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a great location just next to the beach (and away from the strip). Peaceful and calm atmosphere with several pools with different vibes (family, couples, etc.). Staff were lovely (shout out for Alexandre and Miguel in particular). The room was amazing with a big balcony, made spotless every day by the cleaning staff. The room was suitable for us as a small family of three, with a cot provided for our 1-year-old (I would have liked a changing mat however, but I should have remembered to bring one with me and didn't ask if they would provide one).

My one point of feedback (and reason for four stars instead of five) is food - I am plant-based and I really struggled. There were options for breakfast but I did have to order them separately and wait quite a while so my wife and daughter were ready to go just as I was ready to start. I also wanted to attend the evening buffet but saw nothing suitable for vegans so went elsewhere (not that I was spoilt for choice in the area!).

Overall though I am so grateful for the staff for helping to give us such a special week in the sun. We hope to come back again one day. Thank you!

Descanso na Falésia
Pros:

Acesso direto à praia. Tem escadas. Não apropriado a pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção ou com bebés.
Piscina para adultos.
Bom pequeno-almoço.
Envolvente com árvores e natureza.
Praça com várias lojas (restaurantes…) muito próxima do hotel.
Um dos Restaurantes é muito bom.

Cons:

SPA muito pequeno e cobram uma taxa.
A limpeza falhou algumas vezes.
