Pros:

Ubicación y vistas desde la habitación.
Buffet de desayuno y la cena con la opción de pedir a la mes (tiene menos cantidad pero la calidad es de restaurante 10)

Pros:

The place is just wonderful. I liked everything! Lovely and helpful staff, wonderful breakfast with lots of options. Beautiful spaces, nicely decorated, where it was easy to rest. So much peace around, swings in the garden and spectacular beach just 5 minutes away. Amazing place to rest.

Cons:

I still liked it BUT it would be nice if the indoor pool was bigger.
Also nice to have would be a kettle in the room - however, I didnt ask the hotel service if I can get one, so possibly that's an option :)

Good-looking place, nice breakfast, but lacked privacy in the room and didn't feel very prestigious.
Pros:

The hotel looks very nice, room is spacious and landscaping is beautiful. Nice pools outside.

Cons:

Bathroom is open to the rest of the room, even if you booked a room for 3! My kid was able to see me showering and that's a poor decision and design. Sheets seemed inexpensive and cleaningness was poor. Internal pool didn't seem very clean, I didn't feel like swimming.

Maravilhoso, tudo perfeito tamanho do quarto, varanda enorme, tudo pensado com muito carinho para agradar. Café maravilhoso. Praia maravilhosa. Tudo perfeito.

Epic Sana Algarve
Pros:

We stayed at thus hotel for two nights on a half board basis. We had an ocean view suite. The hotel is relatively new and modern. The staff are very good and helpful with the correct level of professionalism. Our car was valet parked as part of the service. The main buffet restaurant was closed for rennovation so we had breakfast and dinner in a smaller area near the main lobby. The choice of food was very good but perhaps limited due to room size constraints. Drinks were available but were relaticely expensive. Overall the hotel is excellent however there are some points to note for improvement.

The hotel needs some maintenance externally as there are cracked and broken paths which is unsightly and unsafe. The ceiling of the indoor pool is damaged by damp which is again unsightly. There is an extra cost for the indoor spa area including the sauna etc which I think is poor considering that it is an expendiove 5 star hotel. There is ongoing construction near the entrance lobby which isnot good to look at.

Nice hotel, but refurbishment of restaurants limited our experience
Pros:

Localisation vs beach, spa, indoor pool, AL QUIMIA restaurant (even though the restaurant was closed, the venue was used once for dinner, and another one for breakfast)

Cons:

LIMA restaurant was closed for refurbishment, and AL QUIMIA restaurant was only opened one evening for dinner, in buffet style, during our stay. In the meantime, breakfast was served at the congress center, which is further away from lobby, and not as nice as a true restaurant. Communication prior to our arrival would have been much appreciated.

Fünf sehr angenehme Tage in super Hotel.
Pros:

Top Hotel mit sehr freundlichem, aufmerksamem Personal. Super Betten, gut ausgestatteter Fitnessraum, gutes Essen. Die Anlage ist sehr schön, schliesst an eine traumhafte Küste an. Wir waren im Januar und haben es sehr genossen.

Cons:

Das einzige, was uns störte, war die seichte Covermusik im Restaurant, wie sie leider in vielen Hotels in Dauerschlaufe läuft. Etwas mehr Abwechslung oder einfach mal keine Musik wäre angenehm.
