Amazing experience at Sunvalley
Pros:

We stayed for 3 nights in Dec 17. Rooms in cottage category are newly built, clean & have large private terrace with 270 degrees of beautiful tea plantation view. The surroundings of the property has colorful landscaping and sits on the edge of the plantation. Just like a scenic picture. Food is absolutely amazing. Just to name a few... Gajar ka halwa, South Indian Biryani, South Indian Curry, sevai kheer, Dosa... were simply perfect! We also used sightseeing packages that comes with clean private car. Drivers were super friendly and eager to share information. Staff went above and beyond to meet our requests and were treated with upmost attention & priority. The atmosphere feels more like home but with professionalism of 5 star hotel. We have stayed in many five star properties across India, US, Dubai, Mauritius to name few but this property stands high & tall among them. Thanks to the Owners, super friendly staff and awesome chefs for making our stay memorable.. this is a rare find! We will definitely visit them again.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is terrible. The road to the hotel is unmade and very dusty. The hotel is quite isolated. There is no wifi in the room despite being advertised as having wifi in room.

Great place to chill out and relax
Pros:

Beautiful setting by the tea plantation, we stayed in the honey moon suite which had an awesome view. The restaurant was great and the staff very friendly and helpful.
Cooonor was a short ride away, it a great little town with a market place worth exploring.
