Style over Substance
Pros:

Great location, lovely decor (a bit dark). Happily organised a vegetarian meal when the one of the menu ran out.

Cons:

Understaffed and ran out of ingredients. The limited staff had significant impact on enjoyment of stay.

Great value hotel with comfortable beds, with a few small hiccups.
Pros:

The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was great. Hotel is very modern and chique, with cozy rooms. Easy to access the hotel and close to Canberra Central.

Cons:

There were a few things which irked me about this hotel; The aircon kept reverting to 25c (kept flashing that it needed maintenance), and rubbish in the room had not been cleaned out properly - Bins weren't emptied and empty bottles were sitting on the bench when I first arrived into the room. Shower needed a deeper clean, too.

Cons:

The room was really terrible, on floor one and no ventilation. Both me and my husband are very allergic, and this did not help us. For the price that we paid, we expected a better room.

Lovely hotel - not the normal boring decor! Lovely staff overall, will definitely recommend.
Pros:

Lovely design and decor! Lovely quirky touches. Easy check-in and check-out experience via whatsapp.

Cons:

Breakfast was served until 10am (we thought it was 10:30) and we were not offered anything when we arrived at about a 09:58. I realise it was late but it would have been great if we were just offered a coffee or a slice of toast when I enquired if we could order anything. The rest of the staff were overall really lovely though.

Pros:

I was just there for a 1 night sleep over. The price and included breakfast was stand out. The room was spotless and comfortable. The venue is an eye opener. Very nice.

Convenient place to stay with a nice atmosphere and helpful staff.
Pros:

The restaurant that was available for me to wait in for check in where I could read and get work done.

Cons:

The lighting was very ambient, which would be great for dinner, but midday while I was waiting for check in and trying to get some work done it was a little off-putting.

Hotel ma industriani vyraz, vsude svetla zbytecne a poradne nesvitilo ani jedno. Pokoj zbytecne velky, nevyuzity. Vsechno takove temne. Zasuvky v pokoji na nejhorsim miste pod skrinkou, zadna u postele.

A bit disappointing.
Pros:

The architecture is cool, it's a little different than a usual hotel.

Cons:

It needs some love, looks very tired compared to the last time I stayed there. We asked for 4 different wines and they were out of stock of all of them. At breakfast they also didn't have everything available. I felt sorry for the staff. The room was so noisy! Don't book a room on the freeway side. I slept with the pillow on my head.
