Location
Bathroom was in need of a bit of maintenance ie the bath panel was coming away from bath, and the pressure from the shower was pathetic.
Great location if you want to be close to the beach with plenty of car parking.
The property is outdated, the standard double room only has a small double bed - not big enough to fit two adults. There is no air con in the room. The staff were rude and unhelpful when asking for assistance. The food choices for breakfast were poor and inedible. This hotel is overpriced, if I hadn’t have paid so much, I may have felt easier at the low standards. It just doesn’t reflect the higher room rates.
The staff at the Haven hotel are just amazing. They go beyond to make you feel comfortable. It is a 4-star hotel, but their customer service is that of a luxury hotel.
Rooms are spacious, but not all of them have air conditioning.
Location friendly reception staff
The Haven hotel is an old building but very tastefuly decorated inside. Modern architecture.
The key pad to go for a swim in there pool a bit temperamental .
The breakfast was good. There was a good variety of food.
The staff were disorganised and did not seem to restock items. Unfortunately, the staff did not seem to understand what one wanted . I think - that language barrier was a bit of an issue.
Geographically fantastic position
It needs some upgrading but I realise it’s difficult to invest in
The hotel when you are trying to make a profit with your customers
The location
The breakfast was poor . The lack of service .
They need to do some renovations . Not enough loungers round the pool.
Warm outdoor pool
Felt a bit tired
