For five star I would’ve expected slightly more in terms of decor, facilities.
Disappointed roof top bar not open or outdoor pool. Was not made aware beforehand.

Tudo neste hotel é óptimo. No check in levam as malas para o quarto e existe uma grande amabilidade em todas as interações, sentimos isso especialmente na recepção.
O hotel é fantástico, todos os espaços sempre a cheirar bem e muito limpos. O spa incrível, sem crianças, a transmitir muita calma, com a música suave. A água da piscina podia ser um pouquinho mais quente, achei que teriam um jacuzzi, mas ainda assim todo o espaço é tão bonito e fantástico, que não posso reclamar. Até os balneários da piscina me surpreenderam.
Avisei que o meu marido fazia anos, e fizeram uma surpresa que nos deixou mesmo felizes. E no fim, não cobraram o estacionamento. foi só uma noite, mais valeu muito a pena, uma experiência a repetir!
It was very clean and comfortable. Amazing staff and breakfast and pool/spa is wonderful. Great proximity to metro station to get into town. Helpful staff on concierge and great staff at breakfast. The buffet was wonderful. Everything from pancakes to fresh honey to shots of gazpacho and all the hot food you could think of.

My recent stay at this hotel involved a serious and unresolved incident concerning the disappearance of a personal item of significant value from inside my room (room 717).
The item remained in the room and was not taken out by me at any point. This can be supported by photographic evidence taken during the stay.
I was on a short stopover in Lisbon and had not left the room until I briefly went to the spa, followed by the hotel restaurant. CCTV can confirm that I was not wearing or carrying the glasses during that time. Upon returning directly to the room to prepare for a room change, I immediately noticed the item was missing.
The matter was reported without delay. While communication from the hotel was courteous, the response relied solely on general statements that internal checks had been carried out. No concrete or verifiable details were provided regarding access to the room, timelines, or investigative findings.
Given that guest rooms are controlled environments with restricted access, I expected a clear, structured, and transparent account of what occurred. That standard was not met.
This is not a comment on individuals, but on process. The absence of objective information and accountability in a situation involving guest property is, in my view, a serious concern.
I am sharing this experience so that future guests can make informed decisions and so that stronger internal procedures may be considered.
Café da manhã, localização, spa, academia, conforto do quarto, banheiro com banheira ampla, chuveiro muito bom. A simpatia dos funcionários. Gostei de tudo e sem dúvida voltarei.
Somente uma sugestão seria melhor que o café da manhã iniciasse mais cedo.
Infelizmente a piscina do rooftop estava fechada.
