Quarto bem equipado. Efeito Wow quando se entra e as cortinas abrem para mostrar a vista rio. Muito bom.

Cons:

Barulho de hora a hora que durava 5 a 8 minutos. Na recepção tentaram aliviar o prejuízo com desconto no estacionamento.

O hotel é tem um espaço super agradável!

Cons:

Da recepção, ao fazer o checkin com o funcionário senão me falhe a memória chamado Guilhermo, disse que encontrou minha reserva em outra unidade da rede Sana, e não poderia me hospedar lá. Paguei outra hospedagem com outra funcionária, pois estava muito cansada, viagem de São Paulo/Lisboa, não houve o mínimo de empatia. A gerente tentou contornar a situação, que tornou a estadia agradável, mas a entipatia e descaso do rapaz me faz repensar sobre a hospedagem!

Pros:

En realidad me ha gustado absolutamente todo. A partir de ahora sera el hotel donde siempre me alejare en Lisboa. No hay una cosa que no nos haya gustado, ha sido todo perfecto. Os invito a todos que lo probéis.

Do conforto e localização

Cons:

Não gostei dos serviços oferecidos, em especial do serviço de táxi para transfer e a ceia de Natal, que teve um custo elevado e as comidas quentes estavam frias, os vinhos deixavam muito a desejar, o buffet tinha variedades e pouca qualidade, deveriam ter servido empratados.

Perfect stay in a hotel that lives up to its 5 star rating.
Pros:

Stayed 1 night for our wedding anniversary and had dinner which was superb. They spoilt us with a glass of champagne and delicious dessert.
We used the fabulous spa the next morning. Breakfast is out of this world delicious and abundant with no exaggeration.
