Robbery
Pros:

A lovely hotel but beware
If you drink in the restaurant a pint of beer is 6.50
If you drink in the hotel bar it’s 10 Euro when I challenged the bill they were very impolite and said it’s just the way it is . AVOID THE HOTEL BAR its robber

Teures Hotel mit angeblich 5 Sternen etwas ausserhalb vom Zentrum
Pros:

Frühstück toll. Bedienung nett aber langsam. Cappuccino dauert lange weil wahrscheinlich zu wenige Maschinen

Cons:

Zu Sauna und Innenpool gibt es 3 Duschen die auch nach Meldung der Mängel tagelang nicht funktionieren

Great Pool with Views over Lisbon
Pros:

We stayed here in June 2024. The Pool at the hotel is fantastic with great views over Lisbon. The hotel is very well located and you can walk to central Lisbon and attractions.

Excellent stay, would 100% recommend!
Pros:

We had an amazing stay at EPIC SANA. After a very early flight we were allowed into our room before check-in and were even treated to an upgrade. Can’t recommend enough for a long weekend stay in Lisbon!

Cons:

Everything was excellent — the stay, the service, and the overall experience were great. The only downside was that the outdoor pool was not operating during our visit. Additionally, the indoor pool can only be used with children until 12 PM, which significantly limits the ability to plan the day and affects overall travel flexibility.
