Te duur en ver onder niveau, nooit meer.
Pros:

Niks, locatie is goed maar verder veel te duur.

Cons:

Vrijwel alles, veel te duur. Klacht van niet werkende airco werd niet serieus genomen en werd niks aan gedaan. Kamer werd niet schoon gemaakt elke dag en na dat verzoek werd het alsnog niet gedaan. Bed was niet twee persoons. Kamer was zwaar verouderd. Mensen waren zeer onvriendelijk.

Pros:

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Frühstück sehr gut. Zimmer sauber und gut ausgestattet. Bilder stimmen mit Fotos überein. Trotz Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof sehr ruhig.

great location 150 meters from hbf

Cons:

Twin beds extremely soft and narrow, neither of us slept well.

No room cleaning until after 3rd night, seems a policy change from last year.

No free luggage storage after checkout, storage is only possible by 3rd party

Hand soap dispenser empty on checkin.

Facial tissue paper very thin, basically will melt upon water.

A cynical establishment best avoided.
Pros:

Close to the Hauptbahnhof where I had an early departure in the morning.

Cons:

Several times after I booked I was asked to upgrade my room at an extra cost. When I arrived at 2.15, I was told my room wasn’t available until 3.00, but guess what, the extra cost room was! On top of this there was a charge to look after my case until then. I have travelled all over the world and never been charged to keep a bag until a room was ready. Perhaps you live in a world these practices are ok, I don’t and think they should be called out. Deeply cynical!
