Pros:

My husband and I stayed for one night on 30 March at IntercityHotel Berlin Hauptbahnhof. Unfortunately, our experience after checkout has been extremely disappointing.

We were double charged for both the hotel stay and additional food and drinks. While mistakes can happen, what is completely unacceptable is what followed.

We have made multiple attempts to contact the hotel by phone and email, including reaching out to reception, management, and accounts. Our calls are repeatedly dropped when speaking English, and it appears our numbers may have been blocked, as calls from other numbers go through. Emails have received no response whatsoever.

This level of customer service is shocking and unprofessional. A billing error is one thing—but ignoring customers and avoiding communication is another.

We are now forced to pursue this through our bank to recover the funds.

I would strongly advise others to check their bills carefully and be aware that resolving issues with this property may be extremely difficult.

Very disappointing experience.

It was a 4 minute walk to.central train station

We were asked to pay for storing the luggage at the hotel .. I’ve been to several intercity hotels and I could place the luggage in the hotel without buying additional lockers .. this truely is disappointing and Feels more like an exploitation for the customers

Sehr gutes Hotel für Business-Trips im Stadtzentrum.
Pros:

Lage am Hauptbahnhof macht Stadtzentrum fußläufig erreichbar. Freundliches Personal, einfacher Check-in. Zimmer erfüllen die Erwartungen und sind sehr sauber.

Cons:

Keine negativen Punkte aufgefallen. Erwartungen wurden vollends erfüllt. Frühstück kann ich nicht bewerten, da nicht gebucht.

Pros:

All was good, with everything that is needed for a short stay. Nice room, comfortable bed, close to the railway station. Very good breakfast

Just miss a kettle and some tea/coffee in the room

Pros:

Good quiet room. Extra pillows. Close to Hbf.

Cons:

Would not check us in 90 mins early, unless we paid 20 euro. So we spent 14euro on a locker, with a challenging access program!
Towels were thin and well worn.
Restaurant was out of food at 7pm. Try the food factory, good selection.
Room paid, and they take a deposit of same value plus 50 euro!

City Trip in Berlin mit Familie
Pros:

Top Lage, reichlich Frühstück

Cons:

Wir hatten Early CheckIn vereinbart. Das Zimmer war nicht fertig. An einer Zimmertür ging die Karte nicht. Hausmeister musste komplettes Schloss tauschen.
Trotz Reklamation wurde Gebühr für Early CheckIn voll abgerechnet.

Guter Aufenthalt vor der Weiterfahrt, Aufpassen bei der Lage der Zimmer!!!
Pros:

Die Lage unmittelbar am Hauptbahnhof zur geplanten Weiterfahrt war ideal. Mit der Ausstattung der Zimmer , den Betten waren wir zufrieden. Das FS war vielfältig und gut.

Cons:

Wir hatten leider 2 Zimmer in Richtung Bahngleise, sodaß es zum Schlafen zu laut war. Das würde ich beim nächsten Mal so nicht akzeptieren.
