Second time staying, so close to train station and super quiet. Breakfast is huge
Pros:

Easy walk from the main train station, close to many museums and attractions. Down comforter! Very quiet. Excellent breakfast

Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Vom Bahnhof hört man nichts. Wenn man gratis H Member wird bekommt man das Öffi Ticket für den gesammten Aufenthalt gratis dazu.

Cons:

Es gibt nur Schliessfächer zum Mieten für die Gepäckaufbewahrung. Ist aber leicht per Handy zu bedienen.

Für unsere Zwecke das perfekte Hotel!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war für unseren Wochenendtrip zum Pokalfinale optimal. Verkehrsgünstig zur S-Bahn und dem restlichen ÖPNV aber eben auch Ankunft und Abfahrt mit dem ICE in kurzer Distanz. Business Zimmer mit Zustellbett für drei Personen dann auch vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis okay.
Obwohl wir über Booking reserviert hatten, haben wir die Tickets für den ÖPNV mit Registrierung einer Person für das HRewards Programm für alle drei erhalten.
Über die Kosten von 25€ für den frühen Check-in war ich bereits im Vorfeld informiert worden und konnte ja dann selbst entscheiden, ob ich das möchte. Wir fanden es entspannt, schon vormittags nach Ankunft des Zuges alles im Zimmer zu verstauen und dann abends nach dem Finale nur noch schnell unter die Dusche zu springen und dann müde ins Bett zu fallen.

Cons:

Leider wurde uns zunächst ein Zimmer mit einem etwas breiteren Einzelbett zugewiesen und mit wenig Platz für das Zustellbett. Nach Reklamation an der Rezeption haben wir dann aber ein passendes Zimmer erhalten. War nur etwas umständlich: mit dem ganzen Gepäck nach oben, dann wieder alles runter an die Rezeption und dann wieder hoch ins Zimmer…
War froh, dass ich das nicht erst nachts nach dem Fußballspiel regeln musste - das wäre echt ätzend gewesen.

Pros:

Close to Berlin Hbf. Room had a large amount of storage space.

Cons:

Have to pay for luggage storage onsite (after using a 3rd party app). Staff weren't welcoming. Room never got cleaned during stay.
