Hotel grundsätzlich in Ordnung aber Gepäckaufbewahrung teuer und extra Leistung
Pros:

Grundsätzlich ein sauberes, modernes Hotel in sehr guter Lage am Hauptbahnhof.

Cons:

Entgegen der sonst üblichen Möglichkeit das Gepäck kostenfrei verwahren zu lassen, wird jetzt eine auf Stunden basierende Gebühr verlangt.
Davon kann man vielleicht im "Kleingedruckten" etwas finden, es wird aber bei der Buchung nicht deutlich darauf hingewiesen.
Ich hätte jedenfalls ein anderes Hotel gewählt, wenn mir dies im Vorfeld deutlich gemacht worden wäre.
Ich empfinde dies als sehr negativ, da die Kosten für die Aufbewahrung hoch sind.
Werde zukünftig das Hotel meiden.

Gute Lage, Service an der Rezeption war schon mal besser
Pros:

Die Lage ist optimal für einen Ausflug in die Hauptstadt, wenn man eine direkte Anbindung an das Schienennetz möchte.
Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und es werden fast alle Vorlieben berücksichtigt.
Unser Zimmer lag zum Innenhof ausgerichtet. Von dem nahen Hauptbahnhof konnte man nichts hören.

Cons:

Leider verlief der Check-in etwas holprig. Nachdem man unsere Buchung nicht finden konnte, wurden ganz andere Preise berechnet. Nach einigem hin und her haben wir das Zimmer zum gebuchten Preis bekommen. Leider war dann auf unserem Zimmer weder ein Schreibtischstuhl, noch ein Sessel vorhanden. Nachdem wir das Zimmer gewechselt haben, war im zweiten Zimmer weder Handwaschseife noch Toilettenpapier verfügbar. Nach einem dritten Besuch an der Rezeption an dem Abend konnten wir endlich ankommen. So kenne ich das zum Glück aus vorherigen Besuchen nicht

Отличный завтрак ,месторасположение,удобная кровать ,персонал всегда болтает много )

Cons:

Очень часто останавливаюсь здесь и всегда заполнял анкету хотя являюсь членом клуба и всегда об этом говорю ,это немного раздражает

Location is very good, close proximity to the main station and musea. Breakfast was quite duverse

No gym or swimming pool, so for longer trips is less attractive, although the price is quite high for a hotel that doesn't offer these services.

Great hotel
Pros:

We had asked for a quiet room and we got a room on the third floor, facing the courtyard. It really was totally quiet, even though the hotel is in the center of town. We could sleep with the window open - even though one of us is a very light sleeper.
The room was clean, modern, calm, and with the best beds we've ever come across: soft but not too soft mattresses, and best of all: cotton bedding, including thin cotton duvets - which are soo much nicer than the usual polyester crap.
The hotel is ideal for those who travel by train, especially when you're catching an early one the next day. It was a few minutes easy walk from hotel to station.
Checkin was easy and cheerful. We would definitely stay again!

Pros:

Location, breakfast

Cons:

The shower door would not close so had to use all the towels to mop up the water in the bathroom after a shower.
Not the hotel's fault but a rogue calling phoned every room in the early hours - mine was at 5.30am - the police were called to investigate.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals, die Cocktailauswahl

Cons:

Die Frühstücksauswahl. Das Angebot hätte etwas vielfältiger ausfallen können. Vielleicht etwas mehr Aufschnitt, Spiegelei ect.
