I did not appreciate that the gym and spa were only available at an extra cost in an external gym in the mall. This was not clearly disclosed at the time of booking, and I believe such information should be made more transparent to guests.
Good location
The breakfast was not the best. Very average selection . The bathroom doors being the shower and toilet door as well is off putting . There isn’t much privacy.

Zagmatwany parking , Brak informacji podczas bookingu o płatnym DODATKOWO 25€ parkingu oraz brak informacji o DODATKOWO płatnym basenie. Restauracja na 13piętrze otwarta tylko od Poniedziałku do Piątku.
Brudny prysznic oraz ubrydzone odplamiaczem dywany w pokoju.
Czysty hotel,
Piękny widok, dobre śniadanie
Strefa welness i basen są w galerii handlowej za dodatkową opłatą, uważam, że to wprowadza w błąd przy wyborze hotelu, inny obiekt ok ale dlaczego odplatny 12 euro ? Wielu gości hotelowych było zaskoczpnych tą sprawą.
Warto abym zarządca hotelu umówił sie z właścicielem welness spa aby w ramach pobytu były takie udogodnienia

Es würde mit Swimmingpool bei bookibg angezeigt aber es gehören nicht zu Hotel und dafür müssen noch zusätzlich 8€ pro Person zu zählen.
Es sollte auch entweder bei Check-in oder Check-out die Mitarbeiter an der Front Aufstehen müssen.
