Я влюбилась в Братиславу, поэтому возможно моя оценка очень привязана к этому, но в отеле было хорошо: огромные видовые окна, тишина, вкусные завтраки, соковыжималка на завтраках, чистота. Я бы вернулась ещё.
Прекрасное расположение: можно прогуляться пешочком до центра, рядом пересечение трамвайных линий.
Позабавило решение с дверьми в ванной и инфракрасный согревающий свет:) нигде такое не встречала
Very nice hotel, in a shopping mall, but just a bit too far from the old town

The room itself was acceptable and breakfast was fine. Unfortunately, that does not compensate for the misleading presentation of the pool and the complete lack of practical hospitality when the problem was raised.
I booked this hotel specifically because it appeared under Booking.com’s “Swimming pool” filter for a one-night stay with my son. The pool was the main reason for choosing this property.
After arrival, we were told that the pool is not operated by the hotel, is not included, cannot be arranged by reception, and requires separate registration with an external club, app download, personal-data sharing and extra payment.
I asked reception to help us get simple access, even if I had to pay. They refused and told me to arrange everything myself with the external operator. For a one-night stay, this ruined the whole purpose of the booking. By checkout the next morning, the opportunity to use the pool was gone.
The misleading pool presentation and the complete lack of hospitality overshadowed everything.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at. The location is great and strategic ,very well connected with tram and bus to city centre, main train station and airport. you can reach the city centre in 5 mins by tram and you avoid the crowds and the chaos of the centre. Rooms are big new and really soundproof you can have an excellent rest.
Breakfast is nice and you also have a beautiful terrace there. I also enjoyed the sky bar with a stunning view. Really appreciated the direct connection with the shopping mall. Very practical. also it's in walking distance from the Tipos Arena.
Raňajky luxusne, všetko na čo si človek spomenie. Jediná vytka obuvák nebol na izbe, ale všetko ostatné super, milý personál na recepcii aj na raňajkách.

Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel, vorallem die tolle Bad/Dusch/Wc-Kombi. Sehr hochwertige Pflegemittel, sogar Bodylotion war verfügbar.
Die Preise für die Minibar erschwinglich, die Schokowaffeln allerdings waren in einem unverkäuflichen Zustand.
Der direkte Zugang zur Shopping-Mall und das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet waren weitere Highlights.

I wasn't my first time and I highly recommand. Very clean, with smiling staff. The room is luxurious, comfy bed and a lovely view of the Bratislava castle (if you're lucky enough). Good breakfast, and you can enjoy it in the terrace. Close to public transport (or 20-minute walk from the city center) and shops. It was perfect !
The only thing that might disturb some is the bathroom doors.
