Not So Plesant this time!
Pros:

It wasn’t first time we were staying so we were expecting same previous experience, However we have found the Staff smiling but reluctant to help

Cons:

We’ve found the staff reluctant to help, the £4k a weekend apartment was given on ground floor right above the underground station we had constant train noise every 5 minute all day and night , We have told the staff and no action taken and told hotel is busy! No room to book us for a cinema over 3 days stay, no views out of the windows of ground floor but the street and backyard.

Very nice one except for the above mentioned points, and yes I recommend it for sure.
Pros:

- The space of the apartment
- Easy to book transportations through the reception
- Safe

Cons:

- Delay in receiving our online orders
- One phone and only in the master bed room and it wasn’t working properly
- There was a leak in the bathroom I didn’t report it but I was expecting the housekeeping to inform the management
- This was my 3rd time at Cheval Gloucester park and it was the first time no treats in the kitchen - used to have bread, cheese, and some sweets
