Luxurious accommodation, delightfully helpful staff and fantastic position. Highly recommend this accommodation.
Pros:

Excellent flat, which is huge and beautifully furnished. Comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen and top quality laundry facilities.

الفندق هادئ و مريح نفسيا و العاملين متعاونين و بشوشين و يوجد به أعزكم الله شطاف و قدموا ضيافه لدى الوصول و هذا شي مميز و المطبخ به معدات متكامله و يتم تزويده بدواء غسيل الملابس كل ما نقص

رائحة أدوات المطبخ عفنه بعد الغسيل في غسالة الصحون و المناشف في دورات المياه أعزكم الله بعضها يوجد بها بقع لم يتم تنظيفها و يلزم الإنتباه حيث يقوم عمال النظافه بإعادة المناشف المستخدمه , في عملية الخروج تم طلب مبلغ 220 باوند من ابنتي مقابل النظافه اليوميه علما أن حجزي شامل النظافه و عند وقوفي أمام الموظف أفاد أنه إختياري بعدما قمت بمحاجته حيث يلزم التنبه لذلك و عدم التسرع بالدفع و أخيرا موقع الفندق صحيح أنه جوار الهايدبارك و لكن للزوار المستخدمين المواصلات العامه فهناك صعوبة في الوصول إليها و التنقل و خاصة إذا معك أطفال

Perfect Stay at Cheval Residences Thorney Court – A True 5-Star Experience

I recently stayed at Cheval Residences Thorney Court in Kensington, London, and it was exceptional from start to finish. The beautiful two-bedroom apartment was spacious, elegantly designed, and equipped with every luxury amenity you could possibly need for a comfortable stay in London. There was plenty of storage, generous room sizes, and a real feeling of privacy and calm.

The service was discreet, efficient, and always delivered with warmth. Nothing was ever too much trouble. A special thank you to the reception team for their friendliness and professionalism, and a huge thanks to the room staff who ensured everything was absolutely perfect throughout my stay.

Five stars hardly seems enough. I would recommend Cheval Thorney Court without hesitation and genuinely look forward to returning. A flawless experience in every way.

Great serviced apartment!
Pros:

Our first time at a Cheval property and will not be our last.

Check in experience super smooth, staff were very pleasant throughout our stay and could not be faulted.

We had the luxury 2BR apartment - the apartment was very generous in size, with a large living room that could easily accommodate 10 guests and a smaller dining room. Kitchen was well equipped with the necessary crockery and cutlery for simple cooking but we could smell more extensive cooking by other apartments.

Rooms were cleaned daily. Location great opposite Hyde park (I would not bother with the Hyde park view guaranteed rooms as the trees in front of the building obscure the view anyway). 5 min walk to Kensington high street with easy access to the tube, shops and groceries.
