Muy agradable y acogedor
Pros:

Todo limpio, buena ubicación, rico desayuno. La habitación muy cómoda. Me quedaría de nuevo feliz.

Cons:

No te hacen la cama diariamente, solo cambio de toallas. Nos llamaron a las 11 en punto para el check out.

The staff were 10/10.
Pros:

The hotel was easy to reach from the airport with the airport limousine bus and the staff were able to accommodate luggage storage whilst I explored Seoul until check in time. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable.

I was unfortunately to have a medical situation arise during my stay, but the staff were caring and helped organise an ambulance, and were able to pack my luggage at the end of the booking that my friend was able to bring to the hospital.

I would return to this hotel for a proper stay next time.

お値段からしても過ごしやすくてとても良いホテルだと思います
Pros:

部屋も広く、清潔。ベッドや洗面台も広かったですし、バスタブもあり快適に過ごせました。
空調も問題なかったです

Cons:

バスカーテンがバスタブの半分の長さしかなかったことと、トイレバスルームとベッドルームの仕切りのドアが閉めきれなかったことが気になりました

Lovely stay in a vibrant area. Amazingly helpful staff
Pros:

The location was amazing! The staff were incredibly helpful and the room was lovely and clean.

Cons:

The temperature of the room was cold. Not a massive issue as we didn’t spend long in the room but our remote didn’t affect the temperature of the hotels ducted air conditioning. At least we couldn’t work it out. Not a massive issue though

Pros:

The staff were helpful and friendly especially the reception manager Yuki. She's very attentive and caring. The cleaners are also very polite and helpful.

Cons:

The first room I got had a maintenance issue in the bathroom. But they moved me to another room which was much better.
Also, the staff in the Lacasa meal restaurant are quite unfriendly and they even intervene in the way I eat when I ordered seafood platter, the staff kept telling me to eat with scissors which I did not need. And they also told me all tables are reserved in the evening although I asked to reserve a table in the morning..

Pros:

Очень удобное расположение, всего 10 минут ходьбы от станции метро 신사. Сам отель хороший, номер чистый и просторный. В отеле есть прачечная, где можно постирать вещи. Единственное, оплатить стирку можно только картой, для кого-то это может быть неудобно/ Персонал потрясающий. Во время проживания потеряла одну вещь, и эти замечательные люди сделали всё, чтобы помочь её найти. Однозначно остановлюсь тут ещё раз, когда снова буду в Корее.
