Pros:

施設内に入ってからの静かさや、コンパクトだけど、上品なインテリア。館内に漂う香りも落ち着く香りで、エレベーター前の待ち時間にホッとしました。室内も、ゆったりとしたつくりで、シャワーの温度調節も問題なく、スーツケースを開いても余裕があり、よかったです。ダブルのお部屋だったからか、シングルステイでも、ミネラルウォーター２本もらえました。あと、レイトチェックアウトをお願いしましたが、快く、調整してくださいました。その節はありがとうございました。レストランがいつ見ても満員で、きっと美味しいから満員だと思うのに、1人でいきづらかったのが残念！

Cons:

立地が、思ったような場所でなかった。地下鉄新沙駅から、遠くはないが、１０分くらいは歩きます。途中、コンビニやカフェが多いので、不便ではありませんが、ほぼ日本語は通じません。どちらかというと、夜の呑み屋さん系でにぎわう通りの近くにあり、時間によっては、あまりきれいな場所ではありません。その分、建物に入ると、きれいで落ち着いていることにびっくりしました。隣の部屋？のドアの開け閉めは、けっこう、響きました。

Disappointing
Pros:

It was near to main streets and easy access to public transport. They saved my luggage before the check-in.

Cons:

The room had stains in the carpet, there were also stains in the bathroom tiles and it had dust in certain parts, I mentioned it to the concierge and told me that they would “throughly clean the bathroom”, but they didn’t. I even showed him a photo of the stains and a hair in a dusty place, the hair was still there when I returned to my room at night.

Overall great location, perfect for a short stay
Pros:

The location is great lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. The hotel is in heart of Sinsa, a veia neighbourhood.
The breakfast is good.
The staff were very nice and helpful in general

Cons:

The cleanliness and the facilities. The hotel is outdated.

A cozy hotel in heart of Seoul shopping streets. Few hundred meter walk from bus stop. Easy to travel any part of Seoul by buses. Very good restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Excellent room equipments and toiletries. Good daily cleaning.

Great place to stay centrally located well informed English speaking staff
Pros:

The property is conveniently located. Very easy to catch an Uber or a taxi outside. The staff all speak English and they are extremely helpful and friendly. There is a restaurant attached that serves a buffet breakfast and lunch and dinner. Don’t forget to bring your outlet adaptor if you’re from outside of Korea.

There was nothing that I did not like about the property

The front desk staff was unfriendly and didn’t provide us with the necessary details about the accommodation.

The bar closed abruptly at the top of the hotel without any prior notice during our entire stay.

The gym was missing the weights.
