They canceled room then charged me fee
Cons:

Booking.com let me make reservation and paid for thr room.got a call hour later saying they had no idea how booking.com booking went thru as they had no rooms.I was out 800 bucks then got charged cancelation fee of 260 bucks.thanks for bad experience. Won't ever use booking.com or holiday inn ever again

I’ve stayed here many times in the last several years! We travel for Dr appt./procedures, shopping, or just a fun night out as we live a few hours away in a small mt. Town. Location is a 10, movie theater, food, and shopping just steps away from the hotel. The rooms are always clean and the staff is amazing they always take care of us.

Cons:

I wish there was a hot tub! A few years ago the pool was closed when we stayed for mt daughter’s birthday. She was so upset but I figured this meant HOT TUB… it didn’t… still no hot tub. New age problems lol

Cons:

WiFi was a little slow while I was working. Had to use my hotspot to get work done.

I was on the first floor so you could hear everything upstairs — the vacuum early in the morning was very noisy and loud!

Pre-Xmas stay
Pros:

Great location next to shopping. Staff is helpful and friendly. There is a very nice workout room and pool.

Cons:

It was noisy at night due to some idiots racing in nearby parking lot and also interior walls and floors are thin.,
