REDTOP Hotel & Convention Center

This is a vintage hotel with 5 star staff and a great gym.

Hotel staff members were courteous. The property is old. Hot water for the shower was sometimes lukewarm, and dark water kept coming out for a while. Overall it is a good value.

But room and fitting is run down

This hotelstay was an overall dissapointment. The rooms I stayed in were somewhat aged. The staff barely speaks english and find it difficult to communicate. The WIFI-speed is appauling.
I booked plaza suite to get access to executive lounge too. Nowhere was it stated that the lounge was closed. A few trinkets was instead brought to the room, but bar far not worth the added cost of an executive floor stay. Simply not good enough.
The bathroom faucet was loose and the shower head couln't be moved.
Food and restaurant is non-existent. The quality is very, very poor and slow to deliver, Primarily Indonesian breakfast buffet - not a lot of international content. Warm buffet was cold everyday. No room-service possiblities really. Not going back there...

Hotel is ok, big, but because old hotel room situation a bit run-down.
Breakfast was great.staffs friendly.
Perhaps need to put out sale often.

Check in/out is slow and bed is smelly.
When I check out, the staff gave me a strange question, "Did you invite anyone else to your room?"
I am travelling 120days every year but never received this question.

除了床單還算是乾淨 其他乏善可陳,廁所使用壁紙多處已經發霉,洗澡時排水功能很差,五分鐘淹腳踝, 冰箱基本上根本沒冷藏的功能, 最糟糕的是櫃台, 中午12點check out時, check-out櫃台根本沒人, 結果是在check-in櫃台check out...... 櫃台人員看到我拿著行李在check-out櫃台排也不會跟我說, 就讓我站在那等, 然後我問了之後改排check-out櫃台, 排了20分鐘只有前面兩組客人都無法完成check out, 最後我把門卡丟在櫃台就走, 否則如果塞車會趕不上飛機.. 非常不好的體驗

The check-in process was extremely slow. The room is very comfortable, but outdated (no power sockets near bed). As it is in the city centre, the prayer call from nearby mosques enters the room and disturbs sleep in the early morning.

starting from the receptionist, very welcoming and helpful. I enjoyed the room with the cool AC, but it gets warmer during the daytime. Weird. The room is quite old, as it was very super popular during the late 80s-early 90s and i dont think it was every renovated. My superior room was still labelled "Business Class" under the room number.
Breakfast was so-so, reasonable amount of options.
The surrounding area provides plenty of entertainment, starting from late night snacks, coffee, satays, seafood, and plenty more.

Hotel rooms are oldish. Double windows would held to reduce noice

the facilities are very run down, wifi connection was not stable, services in the restaurant was very poor.

Was great overall, just that check-in was slow due many guests checking in at that time and only two front desk clerks.
Wifi slow and due to service provider and nothing hotel can do about it.

오래된 호텔이라 곳곳에서 세월의 흔적을 찾을 수 있다.
더운물 잘나오고 수압은 좋으나 물이 세는 욕조, 칠이 벗겨진 가구 등...
하지만 숙박비를 생각해보면 가성비 뛰어난 곳임엔 틀림없다.
최대 단점은 조식 .. 조식 패키지로 예약하지 않기를 바란다.

The aircon in my room (club lounge) was not cold at all. The maintenance guy came to fix, but i didn't feel much improvement. The food/snack choices were also very limited and not very attractive. however, the staff were very friendly, bed was comfy, city view from my room was directly at Monas, and its pretty cool. This place was once the IN place in town, I hope the hotel makes improvement on this.
The swimming pool was alright, but there was no hot n cold pool, steam room, only a sauna room that fits about 4-5people. The gym was nice, was said that its one of the best in town. I wouldn't know, as I don't go to gyms.

バスタオルが有りましたがフェイスタオルやノーマルタオルが2日共有りませんでした。

Old but well look after hotel, except the bathroom might need a bit restoration. Staff are really nice and polite, always helpfull. Will come back again
