Pros:

Pros:

Great location, good size suite. Loved the spa and fabulous walk to the beach. Good complimentary breakfast.

Not the most modern decor but still good. Could have done with a safe in the room and offered water.

Perfect, relaxing stop on our coastal family roadtrip.

Access to decks was covered in seagull droppings, poor chairs on deck, view obstructed by building, room windows, walls not clean, bed needs replacing, cleaning staff only replaced towels.

Fantastic
Pros:

Wow wow wow what a fantastic hotel. The room was beautiful, had a great soaking tub that when you opened up the doors to the bathroom, you could overlook the water. Did have a small balcony, but still great to sit on. The outdoor Infiniti edge Jacuzzi tub really nice to go into on a cool night.

When employees treat you like family
Pros:

Amanda went above and beyond to accommodate my family for a last minute beach getaway! She was so amazing and helpful, we had the best room(s). We love all the accommodations at the Inn and the private beach access was the best, especially being peak season for Newport. We also had the pleasure of Monica's help, she went above and beyond as well to help our family! We have stayed there before and had a good experience but the customer service this time was even better!!! We can't wait to go back. 100/10 recommend

The location is amazing!

Cons:

I stayed in cottage 5, and it was a little worn and shabby. I’m not sure if the hotel owns these properties or manages them for private owners, but I feel like it needs to be renovated.
