Hotel Xenia, Autograph Collection

I arrived at around 2 pm on a Sunday and was greeted with a warm welcome. I was so happy that the room was ready. The reception staff was super helpful. He booked an afternoon tea reservation at the hotel's restaurant for me on the following Saturday. The room was tiny and clean. The bathroom got a nice shower with good water pressure. The bed is very comfortable with lots of pillow. I could hear plumbing from the room above. The location is ideal 15 minute walk to Kensington Gardens and Kensington High Street where there are many shops and restaurants. 15 minute walk in the other direction is the Natural History Museum. I even walked to Harrods one day. The wi-fi worked well. I loved my 9 night stay. The afternoon tea at the restaurant was amazing (35 GBP). The sandwiches, scones and little cakes were so good. The staff was attentive. There was even live music (piano). I would try other meals at the hotel's restaurant la Terrazza but did not have time . There is a good size TV with good TV station selection. This is my new favourite London hotel. It's a short distance to 2 tube stations and the bus stop is even closer. Many thanks to the staff at reception on an early Tuesday morning who called a taxi for me. Uber kept cancelling on me because the hotel is on a busy street.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. All the staff were truly exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect.

The breakfast was amazing, with a great variety and high-quality options to start the day.  Alejandro is amazing, great ambassador for this hotel. He really looked after us , super service along with all the other wonderful staff.

A real highlight was the access to the David Lloyd gym next door, which is absolutely fabulous and adds so much value to the stay.

The only slight downside was that the rooms are on the smaller side, but they are well-maintained and comfortable, so it didn’t take away from the overall experience.

Overall, a fantastic hotel that I would happily return to and highly recommend.

Dit is gewoon echt een top hotel in de categorie boutique hotels. Alles klopt. Vooral erg schoon, goede bedden, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en goed restaurant.

My friend and I booked a room at Hotel Xenia at the last minute and we had a lovely stay. The location was perfect. The room was small but spotless and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. Albino, the host in the restaurant was incredible. We look forward to coming back!

My favourite boutique hotel in London.
Location, service, amenities, room are excellent.

The hotel fuses Italian with English and is in the middle of London, a short walk the center. The breakfast is delicious and the spa access with David Lloyd makes is a perfect evening treat. The beds are very comfortable and rooms are pretty soundproof.

The staff was nice and helpful. The tea kettle and cups were useful. The place was clean. The location and neighborhood were great.

The staff, without exception, were warm, friendly and efficient from the moment we arrived to check-out. Full marks. The property is perfectly located to explore central London.

The customer service here is phenomenal. The hotel itself is located in between a couple tube stations for convenience and is in a neighborhood. There are lots of restaurant and shopping opportunities nearby. The rooms are small but clean. I would stay here again! The restaurant in the hotel has decent food, we sat in the bar one night and ordered a glass of wine and a charcuterie board, which was fantastic!

We always stay at Xenia when in London, and it’s always a pleasure. Rooms here are not big, but the design and atmosphere are fantastic. All the staff are welcoming, attentive and professional, and this in particular make us want to come back. Special mention to Alejandro and all the restaurant staff who always ensure breakfast is the best experience. The breakfast and coffee are fresh, varied and delicious. Already looking forward to our next stay with you.
