We always stay at Xenia when in London, and it’s always a pleasure. Rooms here are not big, but the design and atmosphere are fantastic. All the staff are welcoming, attentive and professional, and this in particular make us want to come back. Special mention to Alejandro and all the restaurant staff who always ensure breakfast is the best experience. The breakfast and coffee are fresh, varied and delicious. Already looking forward to our next stay with you.
Excellent breakfast & top tier staff
I initially wrote a poor review for this hotel based on a real concern with a service issue.
The General Manager of the hotel took the time to sit with me and listen to me. He had investigated and apologized that his staff member had been at fault and he had addressed a training need.
I have stayed at this hotel many times over many years and am a returning guest.
I am putting my very negative experience down as a "one off" with the hotel addressing a training need for one staff member so the issue will not re-occur.
The Italian restaurant manger remains a "mainstay" of this hotel. He works far too hard to keep his guests happy - I hope Marriott give him the luxury vacation at a 5* resort he deserves, he is part of the reason I return to this hotel :-)
Der Empfang war überaus herzlich, das Personal außergewöhnlich freundlich, und das Entree sehr einladend. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber sauber und gemütlich.
Etwas zu teuer für die Größe des Zimmer-aber ja, es war Ferienzeit und da ist alles teuer!!!

Questo alloggio è stato molto più di un semplice posto dove dormire: un rifugio accogliente dopo lunghe giornate a Londra. L’hotel è pulito, curato e silenzioso; la gentilezza ed educazione dello staff ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. Un’esperienza che porteremo con noi nei ricordi, e dove sicuramente ritorneremo. Lo consigliamo con il cuore!

My stay at Hotel Xenia was absolutely wonderful! The staff are truly amazing and make you feel welcome from the very first moment. Albino’s warm greeting every morning, his constant smile, and his professionalism at breakfast were the perfect boost to start the day. Together with Javer and Pamela, he always paid great attention to every guest, making everyone feel genuinely cared for. Connie’s homemade cakes were delicious and gave the mornings a truly ‘sweet’ start. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and everything ran smoothly thanks to the excellent leadership and ‘direction’ of the outstanding General Manager, Paolo Guarini. I had a fantastic experience and I will definitely be back
