Pros:

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, and overall I had a good experience. What I really liked was its ideal location, close to the tram, bus stops, restaurants, and shops. The welcome was pleasant, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons:

The soundproofing could be improved, as noise from other rooms can be heard quite easily. I also think the breakfast could be better.
