Pros:

Nos gustó mucho el hotel. La amabilidad y simpatía del personal fue excelente. Como llegamos temprano después de un vuelo, nos invitaron a un capuchino con croissant, en un bonito gesto de bienvenida.
El hotel muy limpio y muy moderno.
El desayuno muy bueno.

5-star experience at a 3-star price
Pros:

Staying at the Stern am Rathaus was one of our best recent hotel experiences. What makes this boutique hotel so special is the service and attention of all staff members for their hotel guests ! And yes the room was great, the breakfast delicious and the location fantastic ! But in the end, it’s people who make the difference !

Ein kleines, sehr feines Hotel, mit Liebe zum Detail, einfach genial!

Der äußerst herzliche Empfang gefolgt von einer noch nie erlebten Gastfreundschaft! Der sehr respektvolle, ehrliche und persönliche Umgang mit jedem einzelnen Gast sucht seinesgleichen. Das Frühstücksbüffet war ausgezeichnet und die Atmosphäre einzigartig! Die zentrale aber dennoch sehr ruhige Lage mit guter Erreichbarkeit und sehr wertvollen Tipps der Mitarbeiter, rund um den Aufenthalt in der Stadt habe mich sehr beeindruckt!

Cons:

Da gibt es nichts, aber auch gar nichts auszusetzen!

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Cologne
Pros:

I had a fantastic stay at Stern am Rathaus in Cologne. It’s a small but truly charming hotel with great attention to detail. The location couldn’t be better right in the heart of the city and perfect for exploring everything on foot.

What really stood out, though, was the incredible service. The team was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay.

I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
