Warm, welcoming, and delightful.
Pros:

Just the most welcoming place, and everything just delightful. Smiles and amenities, and everything clean, and a bit rustic, and close to everything. Just felt really warm.

The WiFi was a bit slow, but I wasn't there for good WiFi!

Great location, awesome breakfast, super friendly host.
Pros:

Truly awesome breakfast, super welcoming host. Also I appreciated that there was no song and dance about a late checkin, we could just use the lockbox right at the hotel door to get the key card. Very nice room too, and of course superb location.
