Séjour parfait à Cologne
Pros:

Personnel très sympathique, chambre parfaite pour une famille de quatre (2 adultes & 2 ados), petit-déjeuner continental exceptionnel et emplacement idéal pour découvrir cette belle ville de Cologne. Ce sera avec plaisir que nous reviendrons.

Incredible staff, very friendly, comfortable rooms and amazing breakfasts!
Pros:

Staff were incredibly friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was delicious and we were very spoilt for choice. The staff were helpful in giving ideas for things to do and the care seemed very personalised. The rooms were very comfortable and the air con a massive relief during the heatwave the week we were staying. I hope we can stay again and hopefully come when it’s a bit cooler for the Christmas markets

Another great stay
Pros:

I stayed at the hotel again in July of 2026. I had previously stayed at the hotel the previous year. The owner remembered me. The staff were very nice and helpful. They gave a great recommendation for a restaurant for dinner. The breakfast was delicious especially the eggs and banana bread. The banana bread reminded me of the bread I make. My stay was great.

The best breakfast anywhere during my 2 week trip; superb location
Pros:

Incredibly comfortable bed, unbelievably excellent breakfast and extremely helpful hosts, who seemingly speak more languages than I recognised. Location was ideal for access to Köeln Hbf & the Dom and some half reasonable restaurants & bars.

Cons:

Understandably the hotel is not staffed full time, so access when not in possession of a key card (arrival or picking up bags) can involve a little wait.

Absolutely a stellar experience resulting from a most gracious staff! So highly recommend staying here!
Pros:

Super clean and superbly maintained. The owners were absolutely the most gracious and accommodating that could be imagined. Far exceeded our expectations. The food for brunch was lovingly and carefully prepared. Superb experience here!

Perfect location, incredible hosts
Pros:

The hotel is very well kept and has an excellent array of amenities, including air conditioning in each room and a superb breakfast buffet. But the real draw is the incredible service. Every person we spoke to was the kindest and most helpful person imaginable. I was locked out of my room due to a key error, and after a phone call someone got to the hotel to let me in and fix my key within 10 minutes. Traveling with a toddler, they were also so incredibly accomodating and understanding of all of our extra needs. If we ever come near Cologne again, we'll be staying right here.

An awesome hotel with the most amazing staff ever.
Pros:

The location is perfect, right on the main platz without actually being on the main platz. The room is small but beautifully updated. Air conditioning was incredibly helpful during a historic heatwave. Breakfast was superb. And the staff was so helpful in accomodating our toddler.

Cons:

The room was small and the view was not good.
